My recent experience with Leith Acura, and the purchase of my new MDX was excellent! From the time of test drive, to the order (no cars on the lot during covid), and delivery the whole process was as about of my new MDX was excellent! The Leith Acura sales and service area is clean, and the sales associates are neatly dressed and courteous. Kerry Leeburn was beyond knowledgeable about the MDX and spent the time necessary making my experience the best! On the morning of my delivery, I was late for my appointment, but Kerry kindly guided me there by phone after I got "turned around." Once at the dealership, he was patient and unhurried, even though I caused the delay. He even entertained my parents while I finished the transaction with the business manager and made sure to retrieve something I later realized I left on my car!
