Beautiful Building that Smells like a SEWER. Came in to buy an RDX when I was greeted by a foul smell. It is unreal that a luxury dealership would allow this to continue. The salesman that approached me, believe his name was Erik tried to assure me that it was temporary and part of new construction issues. Unfortunately, the smell was to toxic for me and probably unhealthy for everyone exposed to it so we are on our way to another dealership. Ownership should be more mindful to their customer and their staff by providing a healthier environment. Do hope the issue is corrected. More

This car buying experience only confirmed that Corey is knowledgeable, honest, customer service oriented and truly cares about the consumer. I had a particular MDX in mind and he knew the car immediately. Corey walked me through the history and options on the car with great attention to detail. When we picked up the car, Corey was kind enough to allow my children to watch his iPad while we finished the necessary paperwork. He then spent extra time after closing walking me through setting up the car based on his experience and my preferences. More

As always, the personnel at Leith Acura were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They know their product, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me. My salesperson, Kai Hardaway, was outstanding. Kai is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and works very hard to make sure that the customer has a great car-buying experience. More

Quality Review I went to Leith Acura with the intention of buying a 2008 Acura MDX w/ Tech/Ent package for $14950. It didn't take long before I was greeted by Kevin I went to Leith Acura with the intention of buying a 2008 Acura MDX w/ Tech/Ent package for $14950. It didn't take long before I was greeted by Kevin and not long after ~5 min I was test driving the SUV. After a quick test drive, went back inside and started working the numbers, and as everyone know - this process takes time: from $16,xxx out the door, I informed I couldn't so I counter offered and they of-course did too- not shocked, we found a median at $15,5XX out the door - do the math, I didn't gain much as they only really went down by a few $$$ - which was fine because I wanted to do business with Acura per my previous ownership. Hours later I drive away with my new "used" MDX. So why 2 stars? Keep reading: 1 * for Kevin and Don who helped me all through the process of getting this car. They had technical difficulties and my Credit Union also had technical difficulties, so what could have been just an hours work - turned into a few hours. In at 9AM out at around noon-ish. 1/2 * for the value of the vehicle based on age and mileage and condition from normal wear. 1/2 * for the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff even while there's chaos in the building from the remodeling that's taking place - honestly, constructions like such should be taking off-hours because it is a hazard/liability to the employees and customers!!! Here's the -3 *'s and the reasons: - 1 * for presentation of the vehicle. When I picked up the MDX after returning from my bank with the check, the car wasn't detailed. They might have briefly "rinsed" the exterior but the interior wasn't clean at all. I had crumbs in the cup holders and trash in the floor boards. Why didn't I asked them to clean it? because I expected it to be! and I'm already late for other engagements.... I did spend an hour of my own time detailing the car when I reached home at 9PM the same day. - 2 *'s for quality of the vehicle. Of course, as a customer who doesn't have keen eyes/expertise in automotive, a 10-15 min drive doesn't show everything about a vehicle. The MDX sounded good the 15 minutes during test drive, but that's the extent of that. After taking ownership of it and driving for 80+ miles the same day, concerns about reliability started to surface.... Below are some issues I encountered immediately after taking ownership of the MDX: Problem 1: Droning noise, thinking Luxury shouldn't - the MDX should be quiet and smooth, this is an exception to that. The MDX had significant droning noise that could cause headache's after long exposure. The noise is noticeable whether it is idle or while driving: Problem 2: Start-up hesitation, this MDX suffers from startup hesitation especially after turning it off and within 10 seconds turning it on again. Perhaps needs a tune-up, but I was informed this was done - maybe new plugs? Problem 3: Incorrect RPM needle readouts, when cruising at a steady speed, the RPM need gets stuck at 1500 and applying slight pressure to the accelerator to increase speed doesn't reflect on the RPM gauge until you slam the pedal to make the car aware that there's a change in the speed of the vehicle. Maybe failing torque converter? I feel the need to write this review due to couple of reasons: 1. Tracking and make sure that dealer is aware of this issue and improve their process/procedures/etc. 2. Make other potential customers aware of practices/and caveats when visiting this dealership. 3. Finally, I need the dealer to be known that this review will be updated based on how this issue is handled. More
