Excellent Customer Service! I came into the Leith Acura dealership thinking it'd just be fun to look around at nice cars. I honestly did not think any of the vehicles would fit I came into the Leith Acura dealership thinking it'd just be fun to look around at nice cars. I honestly did not think any of the vehicles would fit into my budget. Earlier that day I had been to a couple other dealerships in Cary Auto Park where I received little to no customer service. The Sales Associate(s) had no background on the technology and engineering behind the cars that I was interested in that day. But walking into Leith Acura, I was blown away immediately. DeLila has such a positive and welcoming personality that I immediately felt comfortable. It was as if I was having a friend show me around and just having a regular conversation about cars. She was able to answer all of my questions immediately. If she did not have an answer, she made a conscious effort to write down the question, investigate the matter and deliver a response to me within minutes. From start (looking at cars) to finish (completing the paperwork and taking the car home), she was in touch and fully invested every step of the way. I was even able to keep in touch daily via text as i'm not able to be on the phone much at work. Israel Chacona and DeLila worked together to ensure I got the best deal possible to fit my budget! They continuously checked in to ensure I didn't have any further questions and to see where my thought process was leading me, to see if they could help me anymore.
