I truly appreciated they knew me, and would take care of me every time. Unfortunately the Sales Manager that I worked with left, but his peer was willing to work with me. Due to the next vehicle I was looking for, I had to get from out of state. I will be going there for service due to a negative interaction at a dealer that was much closer to my house. Worst experience ever, bait and switch scam Don’t waste your time. The worst experience I’ve had at any dealer. I went in for a 2016 Sorento which had been listed already for 30 days. Initially they’d knock a few hundred of the price. Asked if I’d consider financing through them instead of my own bank, if they’d beat the rate...fine for me. The came back with a rate 1% over what my own bank had offered. When I refused they would not even sell me the car for the price they had it listed for unless I take their financing so they can take the kickback. After that I could refinance with my own bank....yeah great. What a joke!! This place is not worth your time and energy. I’d recommend to stay away More

Typical Used Car Salesman Bought a pre-certified 2014 King Ranch From Marcos Ramirez. I asked for the alignment to be fixed, windshield molding repaired, and the antenna gromm Bought a pre-certified 2014 King Ranch From Marcos Ramirez. I asked for the alignment to be fixed, windshield molding repaired, and the antenna grommet was missing. That was three things they dragged their feet for 8 days. Marcos never told me about a 7 day return policy and when I asked him why is said I "might take the car back and he would lose his commissioin." At least he was honest. The sales manager DEE told me I should have known because Leif Johnson advertisement was on TV for ten years. DEE and Marcos where sick for two days, it took DEE two days to return my calls, then she was off. And at day 8 they were responsive. Only to be upset with the 7 day rule told to me by a used car manager in Austin. They screwed me out of $5000 on my trade, doing NADA transactions with rough trade for a one year old truck that is in perfect condition. Washed and vacuumed weekly. The engine was even clean. Marcos Ramirez told me after the fact they couldn't sell it so it would have to go the auction. Well little did he know, I knew he sold my trade three days later. Their engine and detail was not even done. I didn't even have a full tank. In addition the Finance Manager sold me a $2500 warranty that didn't cover all the aftermarket things done on the truck. So the warranty was worthless. Leif Johnson on Research Blvd North is not an honest group of people. Stay away they lack character and integrity. Reach out if you want more detail. More
