He not only seemed to care about selling me a car, but that I would be happy with the car I bought and I am so far (2014 Ford Focus). It is my first Ford and I hope that it will serve me well. I purchased a pre-owned 2013 Mazda CX-5 from Dee after extensive research on the web using all car search sites. I was looking specifically for a CX-5 and I contacted them because they had what appeared extensive research on the web using all car search sites. I was looking specifically for a CX-5 and I contacted them because they had what appeared to be a very good price for the model and features I was interested in buying. I was looking for a used model with relatively low mileage. I sent Leif Johnson a message through AutoTrader.com and got an email message back from Dee that same evening. She was very prompt and thorough in her responses to my questions. She sent me photos to show me what exterior blemishes were on the car, which I appreciated. Their no hassle Internet price was fair relative to Kelly Blue Book for the model with added features. When I arrived to see the car, Dee immediately told me that between the time that she sent me the photos and our arrival someone had dinged the back wheel well with a car door. She volunteered that she had already gotten the manager to approve getting the ding fixed and at the same time they would fix the other scratches that were in the immediate vicinity. There was also a missing plastic cover under the back seat that she said they would replace. We purchased the car on Saturday and Dee said she would put the car at the top of the queue for the third part company that repairs dings on Monday. Dee contacted me Monday afternoon to say that she was not happy with the work done by the third party and that she would get Leif Johnson's paint guy to come fix it that evening for pick up on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon Dee said she was pleased with the paint work and so was I when I arrived. I could not tell that it was ever damaged and the original scratches were gone. Dee made sure that the car was detailed and had a full tank of gas when we left. All in all, this left me with a very positive experience from Leif Johnson and Dee especially. We drove the car out of town 400 miles this week and we are very pleased. The bottom line: great service, fair no-haggle pricing, and they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. This is coming from a guy that used to hate car buying because of the haggling effort. More
My overall experience was pretty good. My sales person even picked me up from the bus stop! This left me having to leave the car lot and put $65 of gas to travel back home over (5 hrs). i feel like they could have appreciated my business and travel a little more by filling the gas tank. i was a little salty. Also, i felt that every 2012 vehicle should have 2 keys, i only recieved 1 so far, hoping to be mailed a second one, if there is one. More
