I don’t have enough characters to be able to tell our full story but to sum it up…our brand new car we special ordered through this dealership in November of 2022 (it arrived at the dealership in April 2023) came with flaws from the factory and we asked them to fix it…they sent it to an outside body shop Advance Auto Body in Martinez and it came back with more flaws then it went in with. We sent it back for a second time and it came back with even more flaws!! So now we are working on trying to get it fixed for the third time. One of the owners Russ Anderson will be your best friend on the day you purchase the vehicle but if you have a problem he turns into a pompous xxx. All that Russ and Gary Cox (service manager) could seem to tell us was “what more do you want us to do, we are fixing it”. Obviously not, because it came back damaged twice from their “best body shop”. Russ got into a yelling match outside of the dealership with my husband in front of everyone. We don’t recommend this dealership to anyone especially if you have any kind of expectations. We started a claim with GM and sent a letter to corporate (it was 4 pages because of everything we went through) explaining our situation. Fast forward to now, fortunately for us a different dealership has taken on our claim and we are waiting for our new vehicle to arrive. More
I'd been looking for a 2022 Yukon Denali and found one on Lehmer's website. The salesman confirmed that the car had adaptive cruise control (the one item that the car had to have) so I scheduled a test drive Lehmer's website. I loved the car and made a deal with the sales team and took the car home. Two days later, my husband and I drove to a family get together in the mountains (a 3.5 hour trip). We couldn't figure out how to set the cruise control so I texted the salesman. As it turns out, the car DOES NOT have adaptive cruise control. When we called the dealership to figure out what our options were, the general sales manager Carl got on the phone yelling the entire time. When we tried to calm him down and talk through the problem, he hung up on us. I will never go back to this dealership - zero customer service, zero professionalism and absolutely no integrity. More
I brought my truck to Lehmer's, then realized I made an appointment at the wrong service station. They were very accommodating and took the truck and had it back to me before the estimated date of completi appointment at the wrong service station. My husband's Acadia was brought in for it's 30,000 service and Paul was the Service Representative who helped me. I had first discussed my appointment with Paul on the phone. He set it up and told me service and Paul was the Service Representative who helped me. I had first discussed my appointment with Paul on the phone. He set it up and told me about the service involved and the time line. Once I showed up for my appointment, every detail was set up. Since I had asked to check an additional item, Paul was proactive in even arranging a 'loaner' car for me. Paul was professional and customer service oriented. Lehmer's is a GREAT choice I have recently leased my 2nd vehicle from Lehmer's. I feel very well taken care of and incredibly happy with my time spent with Rick Weaver and the rest of the Lehmer's staff. Rick is an exceptional Salesman and an asset to the Lehmer's Team. Whenever I have the pleasure of interacting with Rick he is always so very kind, generous, hard-working and enthusiastic about his work. Best dealership!! I LOVE coming into Lehmer's Concord GMC!! I feel like a part of the family when I step through the doors. And to top it off this was on a Saturday holiday weekend! They repaired my car the same day. I did not purchase my car from them (bad decision on my part) but found them when a repair was needed. I will definitely go there when I'm ready for a new vehicle!! More
140,000 MILE CHECK UP I WAS VERY PLEASED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER JOE AND THE WAY THAT HE TOLD AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE AT THIS SERVICE JUNCTURE. I ADDED A F I WAS VERY PLEASED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER JOE AND THE WAY THAT HE TOLD AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE AT THIS SERVICE JUNCTURE. I ADDED A FEW ITEMS THAT I SPECIFICALLY WANTED THEM TO LOOK AT HE ACKNOWLEDGE THEM. WHEN I PICKED UP THE TRUCK HE INFORMED ME WHY CERTAIN ITEMS COULD NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF AND HOW I COULD PROCEED FROM THERE. HE TOLD ME ABOUT A WHY I WAS CHARGED A CERTAIN AMOUNT WHICH I SEEMED WAS VERY FAIR. I WAS PLEASED BY THE WORK DONE ON THE VEHICLE. More

After talking to Ervin we decided that we liked the roominess, and safety features of the GMC Denali. Ervin was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. I was able to take it for a test drive in town and on the freeway. We were able to trade in our old car and drive off the lot the same day. More
Poor customer service and poor quality used vehicles I purchased a car in December. During the test drive everything checked out fine so I went ahead and purchased the car The sales person ensured me that GM has inspected the car and it is in great condition. Four days later it developed a knocking sound from the engine bay, I went back and they refused to look at it and let me know what is wrong. Their excuse so far is that GM cannot work on non GM cars. This means that they never inspected the car and lied during the sale. If GM is not equipped to inspect non GM cars this means they never performed the 175 point inspection. I am sure that for new cars they are great but used I would not recommend to anyone to go there. More
