They have signs on their doors that state that masks are required. That made me feel good, until what I would assume was a service writer not wearing his mask, spreading his germs all over the place. Buy a Honda and after 100k miles you will have engine failure. Piston rings failed cylinders failed. Thought I bough premium extended drivetrain and more warranty. “Oh no there’s carbon in that part” not failure. Piston rings failed cylinders failed. You want a car to fail after 100k miles you paid tens of thousands and they won’t cover it won’t help you make you pay another 4K to fix your car than by all means buy here. More

Money Hungry I was going to buy a 2016 caddy with only 1200 milers on it they let me drive the car for about 4 days and i wanted the caddy but after all the paper I was going to buy a 2016 caddy with only 1200 milers on it they let me drive the car for about 4 days and i wanted the caddy but after all the paper work the monthly payments was 150 over what i wanted to pay, they had the caddy back for almost a week and they called wanting to charge us for smoking in the car which no one did. And to be honest i was going to go back and get the caddy but not after that text saying they would charge us for someone smoking in it. They lost any and my business. More
Poor Customer Service I will just provide an excerpt from a correspondence I sent to the Manager & Owner (of which they did not reply to): Sir (Mr. Mark Watts), I am I will just provide an excerpt from a correspondence I sent to the Manager & Owner (of which they did not reply to): Sir (Mr. Mark Watts), I am sincerely disappointed that we could not find a way to make a deal with my 2017 CR-V EX-L. I am not sure you will remember me. However, Mrs. Cynthia Stauder was working with me on looking for a 2018 Accord (Touring) - at one point you called me personally and told me that "you will do whatever it may take to earn my business"- At first, it appeared that Mrs. Stauder was working diligently to accommodate to me so that your company could earn my business from Patterson. I released my information to Mrs. Stauder on one condition, that the credit only be run "one time", and unfortunately that did not occur. I have an application through a credit monitoring system that informs me every time my credit is run, and was notified of three separate transactions on my credit report nearly within 15 minutes of me hanging up with her. Near the end of the day I received a text message from Mr. Stuader requesting "so you don’t care if I try a couple different lenders because Honda is not picking up..." at this point the credit had already been run three separate times prior to her request, and in the interest of full transparency, I did agree, since the damage had already been done. Needless to say, I never, till this day received a phone call or text message to follow-up on the deal. Not even a "no I am sorry we can't make this happen right now." I was simply discarded as a nonviable customer. Ultimately, I was skeptical that we could find common ground to make the deal happen and was ready to wait, should I of had to and still give your company the opportunity to earn my business. Nonetheless, this incident was my second attempt to bring my business Milo Gordon and unfortunately this will discouraged me from attempting a third time. I have written this correspondence in the pure interest of ensuring that you are aware of this customer service mishap and so that it may not happen to someone else again in the future. More

No longer happy I re-financed 2 vehicles I purchased from Milo Gordon Honda two years ago, so I cancelled my gap insurance for both loans mid-March. I was told that I re-financed 2 vehicles I purchased from Milo Gordon Honda two years ago, so I cancelled my gap insurance for both loans mid-March. I was told that the dealership would get a report in the beginning of April so I should have my checks the second week in April. The month is almost over and still have received nothing. Unfortunate for them, we were going to buy a truck from them but not anymore. More
