15 words is not even close to what I could say about this dealership! To start with Vincent Clark is a treasure for the gm company. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating that I was taken aback. In a 10 min conversation he had given me the phone number for a free tow from gmc, had my part looked up and put in his hand and had me put in the computer so that when I got there I would be ready to go. The other dealership I was dealing with in 3 different calls couldn't even help me. I have broken up with that dealership because how amazing Vincent was. Then when I got to the dealership I met Vincent and also met Patrick who is the service manager. Patrick was very personable and a joy to talk to. I can see the commrodary between the 3 service attendants that greeted me when I walked in. They operate like a family. I believe that this is centered around Patrick's leadership. Gm should be proud to have a service department like this in there company!!!! More

Dropped my truck off on a Friday for an oil change, check my radio, and tailgate. The service advisor who checked me in left earlier without reaching out to me. Went there and was told to return the next day my radio, and tailgate. The service advisor who checked me in left earlier without reaching out to me. Went there and was told to return the next day. Didn’t get a phone call went there around 12:30 Saturday and nothing was done. Was told to wait 15 minutes so they can do my oil change at least. Had to go 3 weeks with my radio not working. Outside of mechanical issues I will not return. More
