About 6-9 months ago I took my vehicle in to have the transmission flushed and was told that they would do it but would not take responsibility if the procedure caused a problem. I found this odd as this I believe is a good preventative maintenance service. Kind of feeling a bit confused by their response, I took my car to another dealership (my car has only been maintained by the dealer), and spoke with them about what I found to be an odd response to this request for service. This dealership said they’d be glad to do this for me and also seemed quite confused as to Legacy’s inaction. The service was performed and I was very pleased with their service and personal attention. I gave Legacy a chance and they won’t have another. More

Purchased a used 2010 Camaro 59,000 miles on 9/7/19 worked with sandy it was a as is vehicle asked was the car serviced and claimed was in excellent shape.I asked if there is a issue would they handle worked with sandy it was a as is vehicle asked was the car serviced and claimed was in excellent shape.I asked if there is a issue would they handle it lies when home the next morning changed plugs were faulty pvc plugged and oil was black. Few days later engine light came on code p0008 came on when to a mechanic and checked the light,this vehicle has serious problems called the dealership they said they new nothing of this problems be warned stay away from bohn dealership More

Fabulous customer service!! I was in town for a few days while taking care of family business. While there I had vehicle trouble. I contacted GMC and the representative helping me emailed the local dealerships with my particular needs. That SAME AFTERNOON Phil with Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank called me. He was sympathetic to my situation, and I truly felt he would do what he could to help. He said he would call me the next day...AND HE DID CALL ME THE NEXT DAY! In a day and time where many businesses’ customer service seems nonexistent at best it was pleasantly surprising that it was the exact opposite at Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank! Phil took care of everything and had me an appointment with Eric the next day. I was promptly and courteously greeted by a service technician who immediately directed me toward Eric. I was kept updated as to the progress with my vehicle and called as soon as it was completed. I cannot say enough wonderful and positive things about Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank! I travel and have had reason to visit many dealerships but this one is top notch!! Phil and Eric are true assets to this business!! With that being said - Phil even called me today to thank ME for my business and to ask if everything was ok, to my liking, and to see if I was 100% satisfied. Great customer service above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Metarie, Westbank, New Orleans area (and beyond)! Businesses can sell all day long but great customer service in the repair department is truly what keeps folks returning! More
