The dealership can use some work but the issue is the 2022 Denali HD truck electronics. It’s garbage! I’ve been with Toyota for 20 years and the first GMC I’ve ever owned is just bad. I think the Service Department does a good job. Their prices are high but I feel a little comfort knowing that their mechanics are trained to work on GMC vehicles and they use OEM parts. My main complaint is their service department is overworked. It took me nearly two weeks to get my power steering unit repaired after it went out on me and it was a recall item that was covered 100%. Add tires and brakes and my car was in the shop 11 days. But there are not a lot of choices so I just have to deal with it. I think the previous GMC was a step above this one but that was pre-pandemic. More

Lied. Break of contract. Lawsuit possible promised on contract to repair vehicle was told to bring it down the Tuesday after we bought it. They would fill Break of contract. They would fill our tank up with diesel and fix the vehicle that day and send us on our way the service department when my son got there. Wanted to keep the vehicle for two weeks refused to fix the vehicle and told him he could go home and go back to Baton Rouge where he came from and get somebody up here to fix it and they did not fill up his tank with diesel and on the way home ran out of diesel on interstate and was stranded over three hours and had to call the police department and DOTD to help him. I am a fuming mother . This is 100% break of contract when I drive 2 1/2 three hours to go down there to get the truck or to get it fixed and you promised me you’re gonna fill my take up and repair the vehicle or the sale will not go through, but obviously they push the cell through anyway Without honoring the full contract as they were written, I would expect a phone call from corporate because I’m really really on the verge of going to see my lawyer over this More
