Purchased a 2020 Buick Enclave Avenir, that was new in July 2021. Was a fairly quick and professional purchase. Charles the sales rep i was initially dealing with told me it would. However, after arriving and working on the figures was told that because it was a 2020 it would not. I would recommend to anyone to ensure you speak with a manager prior to driving any distance to get there. I still got an ok deal, but I'm my opinion the dealership should have taken something off the price to make up for the misinformation their sales rep provided. More

During safety recall work on passenger side airbag side they destroyed by dashboard. They will not replace it and will attempt a repair. I have had two dealings with this dealership - both were terrible customer service. If they treat other customers like me they will go the way of Bohn gmc Both times I had a hard time talking to someone w terrible customer service. And when I did speak to a representative they apologized and admitted the wrong. Not one time did I hear ok we did wrong but now what can we do to earn your business. I live 3 miles from this dealership but I will travel across the river in traffic to get the maintenance and warranty work at another dealer. I trade my autos before the factory warranty is expired .
