We recently purchased a GMC Yukon from this dealership and were pretty happy with the pricing. Unfortunately, our experience with the salesman/product manager, Bruce Emmons, was very disappointing. He and were pretty happy with the pricing. Unfortunately, our experience with the salesman/product manager, Bruce Emmons, was very disappointing. He did not walk us through the vehicle features or provide any meaningful assistance. In fact, he remained in his office for most of the visit and only came out when it was time to take a photo with us after the purchase. After we left, we realized we had accidentally left our garage remote in our trade-in. We called him and he said he would mail it to us since we live over two hours away. When we followed up a week later for confirmation or tracking information since it never arrived, none was provided, and the remote was never returned. A few weeks later, we experienced an issue where the entire dashboard screen went black and stopped working. When we reached out for guidance, his response was simply that he didn’t know and suggested we take it to any dealership. There was no effort to connect us with their service department or provide any additional support. Overall, they had competitive prices, but the customer service we experienced was far below our expectations. I would not recommend working with Bruce. More
