Sales help were very helpful. But after agreeing to a price in writing( Less TTL), $700 in additional "product protection/insurance" fees were added to the invoice that had not b But after agreeing to a price in writing( Less TTL), $700 in additional "product protection/insurance" fees were added to the invoice that had not been a part of the pricing, which I consider to be a deceptive practice to say it nicely. I deal mostly with fleet salespersons at multiple dealerships and never have this issue. I guess it just goes to prove the old principal; "let the buyer beware". After pushing their point very hard that "this is on every vehicle", they ultimately did the right thing and took the charges off. More
