I have had two dealings with this dealership - both were terrible customer service. If they treat other customers like me they will go the way of Bohn gmc Both times I had a hard time talking to someone w terrible customer service. And when I did speak to a representative they apologized and admitted the wrong. Not one time did I hear ok we did wrong but now what can we do to earn your business. I live 3 miles from this dealership but I will travel across the river in traffic to get the maintenance and warranty work at another dealer. I trade my autos before the factory warranty is expired .
