Yes, I wish I knew then what I know now. I feel like we were conned! Yes, the list price did go up $3000 at the dealership desk as mentioned by another unhappy customer. We even had our own I feel like we were conned! Yes, the list price did go up $3000 at the dealership desk as mentioned by another unhappy customer. We even had our own financing for the amount listed on the website but because $3000 was tacked on we were coerced into using their finance company. Very upset we were sold a car with No Oil in the engine. We drove off of the lot, went about 25 miles and the car display let us know there was no oil in the car. There we were stuck on the side of the road with this newly purchased BMW that had no oil inside. We drove my car to go get oil to put inside of the BMW so that we could make it home because at this point the dealership was closed and we were forced to remove the car from the highway due to the towing sticker we received during the time it took to go find oil. There sits the car in our yard unable to be driven because it has diminished power due to whatever errors occurred not having oil inside the engine. This happened June 10, 2023. We still have not gotten any clear resolve from Lori. When she was first told about the situation she said she would schedule an oil change. I don't think she understood the severe nature of the issue nor did she even try to correct it right away. We are beyond an oil change we are talking a possible engine failure. So who can I speak with that is above Lori who will genuinely care and help? Because we are definitely not feeling the love right now. More
Fraud all the way. Lying about the car price, coming up with extra charges of almost 3700 $ for a PDI but don't show any paperwork or receit about that!!! Making home d Lying about the car price, coming up with extra charges of almost 3700 $ for a PDI but don't show any paperwork or receit about that!!! Making home delivery and let you sign all papers in a rush. Then lying about something is not right on the loan, taking all the papers away, not leaving copies. After calling dozens off times and being in the dealership in Leesburg several times after almost 4 weeks handing over some copies and then they charged an extra 3700 $. Fraud all the way. Stay away. DON'T buy anything there. More
Took my down payment, then upped the price of the car an extra $3.5k than the listing price. I asked the finance manager about it, and she said it just looked like that, and that extra $3.5k was the total p extra $3.5k than the listing price. I asked the finance manager about it, and she said it just looked like that, and that extra $3.5k was the total price with fees. I asked to see the contract before signing any paperwork, because something sounded off. The price of the car had went up even more on the contract, and she included some extra fees that we never discussed previously (a $4100 service contract). to an extra $9.5k. When asked what the extra charges were, finance manager was unable to give me a real explanation, saying things like “It just looks like that” or “This is the only contract I have”. I asked for my down payment back because I felt like they were being dishonest with me. I was told they don’t do refunds, even though I hadn’t signed anything and was not interested in the vehicle anymore since they changed the original terms so drastically. Very unprofessional and they will try to rob you. More

DO NOT BUY ANY CARS AT THIS PLACE! !!! Bought a 2015 ford focus about 2 weeks ago for my teenage daughter from Mr. William and Mike at the Sterling location and after 30 minutes of driv !!! Bought a 2015 ford focus about 2 weeks ago for my teenage daughter from Mr. William and Mike at the Sterling location and after 30 minutes of driving home, the engine light comes on and guess what... the transmission control module is "mysteriously" faulty and on top of this, I can't pass emission (because strangely they don't do emissions...I wonder why) which means I can't even get tags .. so here I am with a non-drivable car, with no tags, waiting on this transmission which Ford told me takes about 8 months to receive right now...Called the Sterling location as well as their other location Leesburg Auto Import many times to speak with William or anybody for that matter to see whether they would give me my money back or offer me a loaner in the meantime but nothing!! Apparently, none is ever available !! To say that I am disgusted with the dishonesty and the lack of respect and care for their customers is an understatement...Please don't be fooled like me by their initial good manners, because that will all disappear once you leave their lot, they do not care about anyone except for the money!!! On March 13th, I bought a vehicle from Sterling Motorsport (which is owned by Leesburg Auto Import). During the purchase, the check engine light was on. However, the salesman (Devon) took a code re Motorsport (which is owned by Leesburg Auto Import). During the purchase, the check engine light was on. However, the salesman (Devon) took a code reader outside and confirmed that the check engine light was only on because of a loose gas cap. In addition, he also confirmed that the car had been inspected by a mechanic and passed a Virginia State Inspection. After purchasing the vehicle (as is), based on the confirmation of this salesman, I brought my car to the mechanic and found that the car would never have passed a Virginia State Inspection because: 1. The canister purge valve needed to be replaced. 2. The brake pads and rotors needs to be replaced. 4. The bulbs were burnt out 5. The electronic parking brake was disabled. So, either the dealership knew about the damage and lied about the inspection or they never had the car inspected properly by a mechanic. In addition, the mechanic also noted that there was an active code for a grill shutter replacement and recommended that I take the car to a bodyshop (as reflected on the mechanic's paperwork). During an initial inspection by the bodyshop, they noted that the car had been in a large impact accident and that the hood and bumper had been shoddily replaced without doing any of the necessary bodywork. While acknowledging that I did purchase the car 'as is', it was based on a lie told to me by the salesman. At this point, I will have to pay another several thousand dollars out of pocket to have the body work repaired, otherwise, my car will not pass the emissions inspection. In Virginia, you cannot officially register a car without a new emissions inspection. The owner of Leesburg Auto Import, Yasser El Azzem told me directly, "our salesman can say anything" and refused to do the right thing, which is to pay for the work or take the car back. Instead, he offered me $11,000 for a car that I paid $13,900 for less than two weeks ago from his dealership. In the past, I have always bought my cars from carmax or certified used from the dealer and to be honest, I thought the stereotypes about used carsalesmen were a myth. Thanks to Leesburg Auto Import and Sterling Motorsport, I can tell you, they're a stereotype for a reason. Do not trust these guys. As the owner of the dealership told me directly, 'our salesman can say anything," and in this case, they lied to my face. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and I hope that others learn from my mistake. More
Won’t return phone calls, emails, won’t even send purchase orders after being told six times they would. I have purchased flights from TX, hotels, even bought tickets to the skins game in DC and canc purchase orders after being told six times they would. I have purchased flights from TX, hotels, even bought tickets to the skins game in DC and canceled everything because there was NO trust established since I was going to drive back. I was still going to pay their mystery $1000.00 fee; but decided by business will be valued elsewhere. Customers should have dignity when purchasing, you won’t find it here. Very distastefully disappointed. More
