There was a mistake made on the interior of the car I was buying, and noticed the error when I saw the interior, when about to pick it up in the afternoon. Also, when I was trying to decide which color of car to order, I asked if they had color samples, instead of going by the computer screen color choices. Freddie, drove me around their large lot on an upper deck to see the colors on the new cars, sure enough the colors looked different than the desktop computer screen examples and was able to choose a favorite color, which was not the original choice, in the office.
