Worst dealership in the industry. Have waited 6 months for call back with multiple phone calls and messages left with no response.. Update 07/09/2025: still have not received a call from service manager as I’ve requested a call back 6 months ago. Left Greg multiple messages to discuss about my monthly car loan payments while they were in possession of my vehicle for almost 5 months being the beginning of the months they had possession my vehicle… I was paying out of pocket for the loaner continuing of requesting of call back of status for me to extend rental dates with enterprise (still haven’t been reimbursed), assigned for repairs to my car was on medical leave had to find another tech to be assigned and then service advisor that was assigned quit. Not one phone call providing any communication or updates. I figured all of this out on my own calling almost 3 days a week to get answers. Still to this day, have not received a call to discuss as ADULTS regarding my car loan payment while they had my vehicle for a 2 day fix to a 4-5 month fix. Kia corp isn’t going to do anything about it; told me to discuss with dealer.

Abdulrahman Yousef was super helpful and flexible during our visit. We did not have an appointment however, he was able to manage an appointment and us at the same time. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking at and answered any questions we may have had. Made the car buying experience easy and quick.

Purchased new Kia late Nov. Dealer could not find second FOB. Dealer agreed to install running boards. Got a call to bring car in to get FOB and have running boards installed. Made appointment and dropped off car at 9:30 am. It’s now 7 ½ hours later and was just told the 1 of the running boards is almost installed, the second running board will take at least another hour. Also told the FOB was just ordered and will be here in a week. Poor customer service.

The people were very nice and chill at this dealership. Jeffrey Belmonte helped me out with my time there and he was very helpful throughout the test drive and discussing finance options!

Going to Lee Johnson Kia has always been a pleasure. They greeted me upon arriving. They checked me in and the waiting room is well equipped with coffee, tea etc. The TV is running and interesting to watch while waiting for word about my car. There is a restaurant just a few doors away, but I didn't go to it this time. When the work was done on my car I was pleasantly surprised to find they had also washed and vacuumed the car. Thanks Lee Johnson Kia.

2 weeks since we purchased our third previously owned vehicle from a Lee Johnson Auto Group dealership and want to review our latest experience with Lee Johnson (as a company, the latest specific dealership we’ve dealt with and our salesperson). Our salesperson Calvin Poindexter was awesome, great sense of humor and very personable. He worked in conjunction with Perry, the service manager who was on top of everything & delivered repairs as promised after we left the dealership & uncovered a major issue on New Years Eve as we drove the new purchase home (50 miles north)! Unfortunately, finance person, Roman----a definite let-down & would have probably walked-out or not gotten as far if he was the first encounter we had! Hint: customer service and attitude is everything & it was very apparent by some of his comments that he was annoyed with us. Keeping in mind that everyone's life experiences will color their perception and influence reviews; I always take reviews with a grain of salt until I personally have seen them played out in my dealings. Bottom line ---- We are happy with our Ram PowerWagon; we are happy with Lee Johnson Auto Group and how they take responsibility to make something right; we are happy with Lee Johnson Kia, Kirkland (although they SHOULD address the lack of customer parking availability); we are satisfied with how Perry (service manager) handled the work that became evident once we took possession & how everyone stood behind the promise & mission statement of “Provide Our Customers with the Best Buying and Servicing Experience in the Auto Industry! ” which made our experience great. This has been our experience with all three locations of Lee Johnson Auto Family that we've dealt with over the past 3 years. Definitely satisfied & happy with Calvin Poindexter, a true professional that listens to your needs, requirements and doesn't use high-pressure/urgency sales tactics. His timely follow-up and follow-through on communication is appreciated and contributes to a positive experience and whether or not I would continue to spend my money at a specific place or recommend a business. Would not hesitate to recommend Calvin Poindexter at Lee Johnson Kia and their service department when searching for a new or used vehicle.
