Our experience with this dealer was the worst in the past 20+ years. They were not patient, not friendly at all! They were very pushing, very rude. They offered us a much lower price than the website sugg 20+ years. They were not patient, not friendly at all! They were very pushing, very rude. They offered us a much lower price than the website suggested for our trade in car and criticized a lot about our car (their criticism are actually exaggerated) made us feel really embarrassed. Right after this unpleasant visiting with them, we went to another dealer. Without a word, they gave us a great price just like the website suggested! More

I've been shopping for a crossover SUV for sometime, and have to say that my experience from test drive, through purchase, was pleasant. If this was all I had to say, I would not go to the trouble to write up this review. After my purchase, my salesman (Roy Torrey) made a follow-up appointment on Weds, for my Kia to get detailed. A car rental was provided free of charge. With a purchase of a new car I hadn't expected this, but it was pleasant surprise! When I picked up my Kia EOD Weds, it sparkled! I just bought a 2012 Kia Soul – I love it! I was without transportation for about a month or two and didn’t want to make the trip to the car lot unless I was at least a little bit confident that they could get me financing. My credit scores are very low, I’m a single mother, and was now car-less. Hopping a bus with my 10-year girl was not something I wanted to do unless I could potentially drive away in a new car. Don Kingsley helped me with this. I requested a quote online and he got back to me immediately – via email, which is the easiest form of communication during the day for me. I had also contacted a Ford dealership – they could not help me, given my credit score and no trade-in. Don got back to me with the prospective numbers. When it came time for me to come in, I did so with the confidence that they would be able to help me. Brian Walter took over from there. We test drove the Kia of my choice – the Alien Green Soul. My daughter and I loved it!! From there he worked with finance to get me this car with the lowest down possible and the lowest payment possible – I am still so amazed and grateful for the time he spent with me! I couldn’t have been the easiest of customers to close, for sure. Then I was introduced to Rob Zemke. There were so many ways he helped me – the down payment, the awesome warranty, and he even pointed me back to Brian to help me with the insurance!! Without getting into the specifics of the deal, let me just say that Rob is very good at his job, very accommodating, and extremely easy to deal with. After my visit with the best-guy-ever in finance, Brian helped me contact an insurance company – one that I had not heard of before (my previous carrier does some great advertising, but not a great choice for insurance!). I am now paying $130 LESS than I was when I had only liability insurance on my previous car. After everything was closed and done, Brian walked me through the details of how to use the different options and controls in my new Kia. This was very helpful to me since my previous car was a 1994, without all the Blue Tooth, Sirius, and other technology that many folks are used to these days. As you can see, it is very difficult for me to keep this short because they were all so awesome! And I didn’t go into as much detail as I could have! Stay away! I took my 2005 Rio into Scott at Lee Johnson Kia service and was appalled at how I was treated. He was rude and extremely demeaning....probably because I'm woman! I have had to take my Rio into them for reoccurring check engine lights. First they charge me $55 to tell me it was a loose gas cap, one week later they tell me I have to buy a new gas cap for $25, now I'm being told I need a new close canister valve and purge valve for the gas tank for $300! I was furious! Scott the Kia service manager refused to acknowledge their error and refused to fix my car even though they diagnosed it wrong. I decided to speak to his boss Perry Phillips the service director.....which got me nowhere. Perry was also very rude, argumentative, and acted like I was crazy. He told me that "this is how things work" and refused to correct the situation. I will never go to Lee Johnson Kia again........Perry Phillips was the most unprofessional "service manager" I've ever met. It's a shame how downhill Lee Johnson Kia has gone in the past 1-2 years More

After a few minutes of getting there, we were introduced to Chris Cole, and the Kia part of the dealership. We explained our stiuation, what we were looking for in a vehicle and the payments we could afford. Immediately, we felt like Chris understood us and truly wanted to help us. He was very patient with all of our questions, our concerns and even our very energetic two year old son. We felt like we were talking to a friend and not a pushy cars salesman. We did not buy a vehicle that night because it was getting late and we didnt want to rush into anything. We also wanted to go over our budget and decide what we could actually perform. Chris was great about it and told us to call him any time. Over the next couple of days, we decided to check out a couple more kia dealerships that were closer to us. We figured that we would get the same kind of experience, but we were totally wrong. They both just wanted to play the usual number games and we didnt feel like they actually cared about us. It seemed like all they cared about was their Quota. We call Chris back and agreed to meet him the next day. When we got there, the positive experience we had with Chris continued with everyone we worked with. Kenny Jeckel went above and beyond when it came to the financing part. He did everything he could to get us the lowest interst rate and make our payments affordable. He was so nice about it all, and even kept our two year old occupied while we signed the papers. Rob Zemke was also wonderful! He made the signing and warranty process quick and easy. He explained everything so well and also was very quick when he noticed our two year old was getting antsy. All three of them really made our new car a reality for us. They worked together as a team and after the process, we felt like we left making three new friends. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from Lee Johnson and especially from Chris Cole, Kenny Jeckel and Rob Zemke!!!!!!! More
