Last year, I was misquoted a price for a brake job, they held the car THREE DAYS past when they originally promised it would be done, and failed to communicate the delays to me...so I started taking my car to Lee Johnson. At Lee Johnson, the charges were explained thoroughly UP FRONT, the car was ready when they said it would be, and I got a loaner vehicle while it was in service. They do an OUTSTANDING job taking care of you, are reasonably priced, and will even help find you all of the discounts that are available! I have had such great service, that now that I am in the market for a new electric vehicle, I am going to buy it from them! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

I had only been gone for 10 minutes when I got a call from the service center about a potential issue (air filter) which I had a suspicion that it needed to be replaced. My car was done within the hour. I had to get to work and the courtesy driver, Bruce, was phenomenal. Very focused on providing a good experience and just a genuinely good dude. Bruce made the whole experience a 10/10. He proactively called me, once my car was done, to ask if I needed a ride. More

RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I bought a 2019 Kia Sportage from this company less than a month ago and have had nothing but problems. I have had to get a THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I bought a 2019 Kia Sportage from this company less than a month ago and have had nothing but problems. I have had to get a loaner and have them "fix" it twice now. I just got it back from their service department again yesterday and there is more wrong with it than when I turned it in to be "fixed". I have had nothing but problems with them since making the regretful decision to purchase what was supposed to be a brand new car from them. Once they know you are not a customer that is going to give them 5 starts they show no interest in treating you like a valuable customer, you simply just become a pain to them. I'm tired of their band-aid solutions. DO NOT BUY from here if you want any sort of quality vehicle, professionalism, or good service. Fantastic experience! This week I did something I never thought I would do; I bought a brand new car. After a terrible experience buying my last car from Ford of Kirkland, This week I did something I never thought I would do; I bought a brand new car. After a terrible experience buying my last car from Ford of Kirkland, I was nervous about the process of visiting dealers to view the different models to find what worked for my wife and I. I definitely went to some aggressive and even rude dealerships; but not Lee Johnson Kia. I've never been to a dealership with such a patient, helpful and accommodating sales team. I dealt directly with Brian and Braulio and both were fantastic. I visited the dealership several times to check out the vehicle I was interested in, and didn't feel pressured at all into making a purchase I was not prepared to make. They were very knowledgeable and honest about the model I was interested in, and the Kia brand, and they really sold it as a fantastic, reliable choice of vehicle. The gave what I feel were honest comparisons with other similar models, and other manufacturers, and encouraged me to really look around, and evaluate what I wanted in a new, or used vehicle. They even helped source used models of the SUV I wanted so that I could make the decision for myself whether I wanted to buy new or used, even if it wasn't from them. After visiting a dozen dealers to look at both used and new mid-size SUVs, I returned (without any pestering, desperate sounding phone calls or emails, as I received from other dealerships) and told them that if we can find the right price, I'd take the car today. Unfortunately Brian had already left for the day (I headed in after work), so I completed the deal with Braulio who was incredibly helpful in helping us strike the right deal, giving us a very fair value for our trade in, as well as what we felt was a fantastic price on the new car (I had been to two other Kia dealers to see if I could spark a price war, and one accused me of lying about the price at Lee Johnson, and the other point blank said they wouldn't attempt to compete). Even though I got there late in the day, the Lee Johnson team were diligent in completing the pre-delivery inspection, detailing and getting the tank filled up for us. The finance advisor was the nicest I've dealt with of all the cars I've bought, and was very helpful in getting the outstanding finance on our trade-in dealt with, as well as finding us the best rate on the finance for the new vehicle. The post-sale options such as prepaid maintenance and full 10 year bumper to bumper warranty were explained clearly, and the decision completely left to us with no pressure or scare tactics to upsell. In fact, the upgraded 10 year, 100k mile Zurich extended bumper to bumper warranty was priced such that I initially thought there must be some sort of catch; It was cheaper, with better coverages, and fewer exclusions than similar third party extended warranties I'd been quoted for both used, and new vehicles. Yesterday night I hit 100 miles on the ODO and so far, my wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase; long may that continue! Thanks to the team at the dealership for really turning the car salesman stereotype on its head, and thanks to Kia for creating such a great looking and feature-packed vehicle (2019 Sorento SX Limited). If you're in the market for a new, or used vehicle, give Kia, and Lee Johnson a shot; I had a fantastic experience with them, and hopefully you will too! More

Pushy, Aggressive & Imtimidating Salesman-Sleazy! I told a guy named Braulio over the phone what my max budget was. We went over everything via email back & forth and phone conversation. I get there with my brother and he tries to sell me a vehicle that is $13,000 over my budget even with interest rates the price didn't make sense at all. So when we try to leave, he is insisting he wants to help lower the price but does nothing to change it. It was out of my price range and he wouldn't LISTEN to what I was trying to say. We attempted to leave at least 5 or 6 times. Towards the end he MADE A SCENE and attempted to humiliate us because we weren't trying to drive off the lot with a vehicle. SUPER PUSHY, AGGRESIVE SALESMAN, VERY SLEAZY ONLY OUT FOR THEIR MONEY & NOTHING ELSE. I'm going to purchase the same vehicle elsewhere. I won't buy the car just because of the RUDE customer service. And then he had the audacity to text me after making a scene in front of other people. I was so uncomfortable!!! Omg.... Stay Away. Car shopping is already a hard process, your salesman should work with you. Not intimidate you into buying a car you don't want to satisfy their pockets. RUN! #ZEROStars More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Lee Johnson Kia customer service has been anything but accommodating to me. I moved to Washington from out of state a little over a year ago. Prior Lee Johnson Kia customer service has been anything but accommodating to me. I moved to Washington from out of state a little over a year ago. Prior to moving, I had leased a Kia Sorrento from my home state. Upon moving, I have been exclusively going to Lee Johnson for routine maintenance without issue. However, recently, when I tried to schedule service for a warranty issue, I was told that there was NO way that I could receive a loaner car because I didn't purchase the car from Lee Johnson. That is a little impossible to do since I lived in another state when I leased the car... I went on to explain that I leased the car in another state prior to moving and that the issue was going to be covered by the warranty (and billed to the corporation). The service advisor and manager proceeded to tell me that they offer a customer shuttle. So, I agreed to take the shuttle to my office located in Downtown Seattle. The service employees told me that they could not accommodate a shuttle longer than 10 miles. I then asked to bring in the car in the late afternoon (after work) or on the weekend and I was told that no one is available at those times. Finally, I asked them what my options are. They said my option was to bring in the car during working hours (take a day off) and wait for the car to be finished or rent a car at my own expense. Why would I pay to rent a car when my issue is being caused by Kia??? In short, I will be taking my business elsewhere. After talking with the Lee Johnson employees for over 30 minutes, I called Chuck Olson Kia. They were more than happy to accommodate me with a loaner car so that I can get to work while the service technicians fix my car. I will be having my car serviced at Chuck Olson from now on. Plus, when it comes time to lease another $40,000 Sorrento (January 2019), I will be going to ANY dealership except Lee Johnson. More
