I've purchased a large number of cars in my life, and this transaction was end-to-end the best I've experienced. No pressure, no typical dealer sales tactics; I came in with the price I wanted to pay for the new car and what I'd like for my trade-in and within 10 minutes we reached agreement. It was late in the evening, and I wanted to complete the transaction the following day, and it just wasn't a big deal; no "this price is only good for tonight", no holding on to my keys to keep me there, simply just a "that sounds great, we'll see you in the morning!". Additionally, the van has been perfect so far (pretty important too :-) ). Thanks all for the great experience! More
