This review is for Lee Johnson in general - some sketchy stuff, they had none of the cars advertised and gave me the run around for hours before HIKING the price of the one car they advertised that they act stuff, they had none of the cars advertised and gave me the run around for hours before HIKING the price of the one car they advertised that they actually had. Save your time and go somewhere else, this was super sketchy. Details: I went to 3 of their dealerships today. First, I went to Lee Johnson Mazda in Kirkland looking for a car advertised on Cars.com. When I got there, they told me the car advertised was NOT at that dealership but at a different one - Autoright Motors Lake Stevens. The salesman looked it up on their systems before sending me there and called ahead for us (so not a Cars.com update problem, he looked it up on Lee Johnson computers). But first he tried to get me to look at a different car (same make and model), same price but double the mileage (should have been my first red flag). No big deal, mistakes happen, right? So we drove to Lake Stevens. When we got there, we did not see the car (it's a small lot). After a few minutes, the Salesman said that they had sold that car the day before and they were sorry "the websites" weren't updated (red flag number 2). Just like the Lee Johnson Mazda or Kirkland, they said they had another similar car but again the same price and higher mileage but in even worse condition than the first one they tried to switch me to (red flag number 3). They were helpful and told me that yet another Lee Johnson, this time Hyundai of Everett, had similar cars with similar low mileage - I looked it up on Cars.com and they had 2, so good enough. So, we drove to that dealership. This is going to sound repetitive, but they seemed to have a REALLY hard time finding the two cars listed on Cars.com. In fact, after I pressed them with the 'stock number' from Cars.com... they told me the car I was looking for was... at Autoright Motors in Lake Stevens (this is red flag number 4 if we're counting). I know, I should have stopped now but I'm clearly trusting. I told them, no, that I'd already been there and that was NOT the car listed on Cars.com which showed the Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett location (actually it said Genesis of Everett but this is the same dealer?). At this point, with some pushing, he managed to 'find' one of the two cars listed on Cars.com (he claimed to know nothing of the other car listed - red flag number 5). This one was in fine shape, so we wanted to talk about buying it. After the usual excessively long wait with us, he came back with... a price $399 HIGHER than the advertised price on Cars.com (plus taxes and fees and whatnot) - doh (red flag number 6). We were a bit shocked and then asked, if they could take $300 off since the car only had one key fob, and getting a new one would cost about that amount from a dealer (I'm clearly a weak negotiator). The salesman seemed a bit put off and said "look if it had two keys then the price would be that much higher". Maybe Lee Johnson has a no-negotiating policy like carmax or carvana? Or maybe they just thought they could get away with it with me? I'm clearly a bit stupid for sticking with Lee Johnson for this long. At this point I finally gave up and left. Right now I'm thinking everything you've ever heard about used cars dealers? Is true at Lee Johnson dealerships. Go somewhere else. More

Travis and the entire team at Hyundai of Everett have always taken care of me. I've been a customer for 22 years and can't recommend them highly enough. This is hands down the best dealership I've ever d always taken care of me. I've been a customer for 22 years and can't recommend them highly enough. This is hands down the best dealership I've ever done business with. They could have set me up with a Rental at my expense, but instead gave me a free loaner to use for a whole week. I'm really happy I found this place. More
