It took 6 visits to get to what I hope is a final fix. When I purchased a new 2017 CRV it had electrical problems that prevented many features from working even when I picked it up. No cruse, no radio, no When I purchased a new 2017 CRV it had electrical problems that prevented many features from working even when I picked it up. No cruse, no radio, no remote start, no gas gage etc. I returned ASAP. The service rep. said “we don’t do car starters here”. But I insisted it was a brand new Honda. It was good for awhile, but then repeated feature failure. Car didn’t start without jump start for many more visits to your service center. I was told that it was my fault “ you don’t drive it enough” or “you don’t keep the sensor clear enough of snow”. I told them that something is drawing down that battery. They just charged it up, and sent me on my way. They replaced the battery a couple months ago. Monday it would again not start without a jump start. I have spent over 20 hours in your waiting area since the purchase of this vehicle. I don’t feel that the service folks think I know what I am talking about. More

Lack of Service The "service " I received was poor at best!! We had an issue identified at the time of purchase, they had our van for a week to replace a latch in th The "service " I received was poor at best!! We had an issue identified at the time of purchase, they had our van for a week to replace a latch in the sliding door, the incompetent's of their service department along with lack of communication was the worse I have ever experienced. I would not recommend Carbone service to anyone at this time based on the lack of Service I got. More
