Fantastic! Our telephone call to LeadCar to buy a new car got an immediate answer to the availability and pricing questions we had. (All other dealerships we talked to were non-specific or unresponsive.) Noel, our salesperson, understood exactly what we needed and wanted, and he mentioned but did not waste our time on upselling. The finance/paperwork person also did not push extras. Together they took care of everything. The result was that we arrived at 1pm, and drove away as happy owners of a new Honda at 5pm. All done! Then we discovered we had left an important paper in the old car. Noel found it and mailed it to us, saving us a ton of aggravation trying to replace it.
