BEST Car Buying Experience Ever! I wanted to drop a quick note to you to let you know that I am very pleased with the experience of my most recent purchase of a new Honda CRV from you I wanted to drop a quick note to you to let you know that I am very pleased with the experience of my most recent purchase of a new Honda CRV from your salesman, Robert Lewis Thompson. I came into the showroom as I was interested in looking at one particular vehicle. Robert greeted me in the showroom with a smile and asked if I needed any help. I explained which specific vehicle I wanted to look at and he knew exactly which vehicle it was and and brought it around front for me to take a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about all the options on the SUV and asked me if I had any questions he could answer. A very nice experience. The business part of the transaction was equally enjoyable. Since I had already done my homework I knew what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and what my trade was worth. I made the offers for what I felt were fair prices and Robert then reached out to the new and used car managers and received the approvals. Since I had already received preapproval from my bank, the final transaction ended up being a straight forward deal. Picking up the car was great too! Robert was organized, efficient which made the whole process top notch. I have bought several new cars over my many years of driving and have to say, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I had spoken to a couple of other salesmen at other dealerships and they attempted to steer me into a vehicle I wasn't interested in and tried to pressure me into a deal that wasn't in my best interest. Not cool. Robert was respectful, informed and invested. I have two adult children who also drive Honda's. When the day comes for them to buy their next vehicles, we will definitely be looking for Robert to work with us. Keep this guy around for 20 more years. Thanks, Terri V More

Snow tire to summer tire swap & engine oil seepage issue I brought my 2017 Civic in for a tire swap & an engine oil seepage issue. The tire installation was done in a timely manner without incident. The technician reported that there was no fluid leaks found during the service. I had to bring my service advisor & the service manager outside to show them where the engine oil was visible in and around the value cover & down near the bottom of the block & oil pan. This a a brand new vehicle that's leaking oil right off the lot. As you might expect, I'm not happy about this situation. To their credit, Dean & Jim were calm, pleasant & courteous while working toward a solution. I will be bringing my vehicle back in for additional service in an effort to solve the oil seepage issue. More
Lied to I was in for a service visit (oil change) which was excellent no issue at all. Overall everybody has been great in the process of buying the car with I was in for a service visit (oil change) which was excellent no issue at all. Overall everybody has been great in the process of buying the car with the exception of one person. John from finance was the only negative. He pressured us to buy rust proofing, extended warranty and life time oil changes. We declined all until he made us feel stupid about synthetic oil asking us if we knew how much it cost. I said $40, and he said that an oil change with synthetic oil would run $79 up to $100. So we did purchase the life time oil. After getting our first oil change we saw that the charge was $49. We wouldn't have purchased the life time oil changes if John hadn't high pressured us and gave us false information. Very upset about the pressure to purchase all of those upsales. Everybody great but John. More

Maria went into great detail about the options I had of purchasing the Ridge line and gave a thorough explanation of all the packages that came with it so i knew what I was buying and what I had to pay for it. Maria worked quickly with me so i was able to get my ridge line before the end of the week. Finalizing the purchase and checking out was fast and efficient, no time was wasted on unnecessary details. A male employee showed me the inner and outer workings of the car in a manner that was also quick and efficient( sorry for not remembering your name ). Side notes The Honda dealership was a nice place The people there were welcoming and kind Free coffee and popcorn! all in all it was a great experience and I look forward to doing business with my local Honda dealership again in the future. More
