Impressed and satisfied I had 2 recalls on my new vehicle, I had previously tried to get this taken of at the original place of purchase and the first time I was told it was I had 2 recalls on my new vehicle, I had previously tried to get this taken of at the original place of purchase and the first time I was told it was for my previous vehicle; the second attempt the “servers” were down. After this time I will take my vehicle nowhere else! My service was taken care of with no issues and Kevin even asked if I wanted my inspection taken care of as well. I had to take time out of work to do this so the timely manner was very much appreciated. More

Undisclosed damages prior to purchase Worst experience ever in car purchases! After Purchasing vehicle, I took it to two mechanics who said it was in at least three accidents! It needs a n Worst experience ever in car purchases! After Purchasing vehicle, I took it to two mechanics who said it was in at least three accidents! It needs a new door, rack & pinion is damaged, right side engine shield is gone, radiator support is cracked and twisted. I returned it to Carbone Buick GMC Cadillac who only put fender liners on it! General Mgr. refuses to return my 8 phone calls. What do I do? It has been reported to Better Business Bureau and NYS Atty General Lemon Law. Please rectify the situation, asap! More

Prompt, knowledgeable, professional service My GMC Terrain was due for an oil change. When I called the service department, they scheduled the appointment right away at my convenience. When I My GMC Terrain was due for an oil change. When I called the service department, they scheduled the appointment right away at my convenience. When I arrived, the team member at the desk was very friendly and informed me of the maintenance services recommended for my vehicle at its current mileage. While completing the service, the technician discovered that my brakes needed servicing as well. Conrad walked me through and thoroughly explained what would be done to service my brake system to extend the life of my brakes, improve their function, and prevent problems in the future. He also called his technician in to answer some of my questions. I have always found Conrad to be extremely helpful, thorough, and professional. Upon leaving, I was pleased to find the my vehicle was running smoothly and my brakes were working beautifully. More
