Poor care after sale. Finance guy forces bogus paint care. I went into Law automotive after finding a half way decent deal on an Infiniti. I show up. The truck is decent. Not perfect but decent. I do notice it I went into Law automotive after finding a half way decent deal on an Infiniti. I show up. The truck is decent. Not perfect but decent. I do notice it needs tires in a bad way. I go through with the deal after they send my Credit info off to 6 different banks and I get HARD impacts on my credit report. I was not happy to see that they "shot gunned" my credit info off to so many banks after I specifically asked them not to. (I have good credit) I found this out after I got home. I also found out after I got home that one of the keys that came with the truck was in fact not for the truck. They advertised that the truck had 2 keys. I called Jose and he told me that Law Automotive will not be helping me out with this issue and the dealer wants to charge me $500 for a new key. Great. Thanks Guys. I also noticed after I left that the finance guy Z charged me almost $400 for a Bogus paint warranty after he told me on delivery it was free and thrown in on every deal as a "courtesy". Well, it is not free. Read your contract. Z charges you for this as well even when he tells you it's free. I called Z and he claims that it was part of the "service fee". I also called Z in the finance office to talk to him about the service contract that I bought. Guess what. No call back. After numerous calls into him, I have pretty much given up. Buyer beware with these guys. I encourage everybody that buys from LAW Automotive to decline the coverage. Furthermore, I encourage everybody that shops at LAW Automotive to set up your own financing with your own bank or credit union. They try to really stick it to you with the financing. Also make sure EVERYTHING works as it should before you leave because they clearly will not help you out later. I am extremely unhappy with LAW automotives after the sale ethics. Once they sell you the car, they could care less about you. At the end of the day, the decent deal I thought I was getting is not so decent after $1000 worth of tires the truck needs, the $500 key I need to buy, and the bogus $400 paint protection they slid into the deal. Law automotive makes you sign a form stating that you will NOT file a complaint with the BBB against them. Why would they require this if they were truly on the "up and up"? You be the judge. More

Look here first before you look elsewhere. Manager, Robbie was very upfront and no nonsense guy. Very accommodating as he allowed me to drive vehicle for Porsche Pre Inspection and then when I decided to purchase the vehicle and have some work done at a local mechanic, he personally drove me to deliver the car. He also arranged a car carrier for me after work was done a few weeks later. I would definitely recommend and would buy another vehicle from Robbie and the guys at Law Auto Group. Soup to nuts, a smooth internet used car-buying experience! I bought a used 2012 Porsche Cayenne S from Law Auto Group after a fair amount of online research. I knew what I wanted and I knew what the market was I bought a used 2012 Porsche Cayenne S from Law Auto Group after a fair amount of online research. I knew what I wanted and I knew what the market was. Their pricing was at-the-market so I didn't have to waste a lot of time trying to get them down out of the stratosphere. (That's usually a waste of time anyway.) When I asked him if there was anything about the car's condition that isn't represented by the online pics, he responded with a couple photos of some minor paint scuffs. Full disclosure on his part, and they were just as described. I made a deal with Jeff via text. He picked me up at O'Hare a few days later and drove me to their office/warehouse, Zoran got me in-and-out on paperwork, and I drove the car back to Des Moines without incident. My wife loves it, I love it. I'll definitely be back to give Law Auto my business in the future (we buy a new-to-us car every 18-24 months). Cheers, boys. More

I had a look at their other cars too and every car was well maintained. They let me test drive the vehicle on my own, which was a good thing. It is always irritating to have someone accompany you while you're trying to make up your mind about the car. They have a large inventory and it seems they source their used cars only after careful inspection and ensuring that the car is in good shape. The staff there is pretty friendly. Especially Jeff, who had helped me, is of a very pleasant personality. Everything that they did was pretty transparent and clear-cut. Mark, whom I had talked to initially also was very pleasant. He told me that he'd let me drive his new M3. That didnt happen :P ..but still very professional, ethical and honest. I think that can be said about all the people working there. I worked with Zoran for the financing and he was able to answer all my questions. What was remarkable was that they took care of me when the car had some minor things to be fixed after i bought the car. Without asking twice, they reimbursed all the expenses that I had to make personally immediately after buying the car. They work with some good auto clinics, and were able to get my car a diagnosis and sorting of minor issues. Overall very good service, and nice cars! After buying from them, I have actually started thinking why buy a new car at all? If you have money, buy a used SUPER car. If you dont, buy a used SPORTS car. But dont buy a regular car. When the car was delivered we first noticed that the car had 1700 more miles than was advertised on the auction, then we noticed there were no floor mats, and next I noticed a tire was low on air, once I filled the tire I realized it had a nail in it, lastly the engine oil seemed extra dirty. This stuff may sound petty but when you buy a "luxury automobile" one would expect the milage to be within a tank of gas of the advertised milage, basic floor mats, safe operational tires and useable engine oil. To be fair, I have not reported any of this to law auto, I have just taken care of the problems myself. More
