We flew from Buffalo to O'Hare where Jose met us for the ride to the dealership. Upon inspection, I had a few concerns about the car that the management team made a fair adjustment for. The whole finance experience went smoothly, and, after a tour of their facility and impressive inventory, we were on our way within an hour and a half. Buying a car on the internet can be a dicey proposition, but not so at Law Auto Group. What they say and what you see is what you get. My wife loves the car! More

I saw 2013 Mercedes E350 BlueTec on their website and after talking to Jeff over the phone we drove 80 miles to take a look at it. Jeff had an emergency and we met Jose who took care of us from that point on. After short test drive me and my wife decided it wasn't car for us. We still want to believe we are "young". Mercedes was a little to serious and boring for 35 years old couple. Looking at other cars we saw 2013 BMW 328i Xdrive with red leather seats. My wife was already sold on that car before even driving it. Jose was just the guy you want to deal with when you buy a car. No pushing, very understanding and patient. Financing was a breeze because of Zoran's professionalism. They matched my credit union's rate so we got financing on the spot and were ready to take our new car home. Even though the car was out of warranty and we bought it "as is" I contacted Jose the next day to inform him that one side parking sensors were not working. He promised me to get it fixed as soon as they open their new body shop. Bad things happen and I could xxxxx about how they sold me a broken car but I am sure they didn't realize it and I am really pleased with them handling that problem. Anyways. Great place, great people, great cars. More

They deal with high-end, expensive, harder-to-find rides so we were surprised to find a mini van here. The van was priced to sell so there wasn't really an need to haggle. Jose was pleasant to work with and he really followed through with getting our headphones and remote for our DVD player. We've been really happy with our van and we feel like we got a good deal. We hope we feel this good about all our future vehicle purchases.. More

My first 'SIGHT UNSEEN' EBAY purchase ! Fantastic outcome ! I was looking at four different M35s which included one from Law Auto Group. And that one was on EBAY !
