We did the deal over the phone on Nov 2, my husband & I flew from New Orleans on Nov 5, got picked up at the airport right on time. The had a breakfast buffet for buyers, everyone was super friendly. Andrew our salesman was very attentive, the truck was clean & ready. We met people from all over the country doing the same type of deal as us. It was a very easy & relaxing way to purchase a vehicle. PLUS we saved almost $9000. More

When you go to a dealership, you expect some frustration in hassling and haggling. Not the case with Laura Buick GMC. Their bottomline prices are listed on the web, their salespeople know the vehicles inside and out, and they value their own time as much as they do the customers. Long story short, they put the price out there as the final number so there's no hassles, customers are important from entry to exit - whether you buy a car or not - and they make the process easy. The closest any dealership within a 50 mile radius could get to Laura Buick GMC's price was $5,000...for the same truck. Hands down, the best inventory, lowest price, and easiest experience ever. JD, my salesman, was the epitome of professional, knowledgable, and responsive. The guy text me, called me, and e-mailed me at my request with answers to all of my questions. When it came to time to talk numbers, he was dead on and didn't waste my time or his....we figured out a reasonable price for my trade, he got that price locked in, and we pressed with purchasing the exact truck/trim/features I wanted. Great job JD and staff! More

We were picked up from the airport by Phillip (super nice) and taken to the dealership where Ryan McCalla greatest us, treated us like good friends (even though we had never met) and got us right into the finance office. Corey, the finance Manger, was quick but perfessional. I strongly recommend filling out the finance application ahead of time if you're in a time crunch. This was THE most painless vehicle purchase we've ever had and to top it off, we saved a bunch of money. We will be returning to Ryan and the team at Laura Buick GMC in the future. Highly recommend. Best price and best customer service I have been shopping for a vehicle for several months and my brother-in-law mentioned this dealership to me. After my first call I knew they would take excellent care of me. I live 4 hours away and with their price and customer service it was well worth the drive. I have recommended Laura Buick GMC to everyone that I know. No one will beat their price, trust me I tried!! I worked with Andrew Q. over the phone and was able to minimize the time I had to sit at the dealership. I was in and out within 45 minutes and had bought my car and been given all the instructions on all the different features. Hands down best buying experience I have ever had!! More
Unpleasantly Suprised!! I found Laura Buick online from the True Car app. I wanted to look at a used car they had on the lot. I called the night before my husband and I wan I found Laura Buick online from the True Car app. I wanted to look at a used car they had on the lot. I called the night before my husband and I wanted to come by to make sure it was available. I spoke with a young man on the phone, Jimmy, and he relayed he would call me back with the information shortly. 45 minutes later I had not heard from him so I called the dealership back, as they were closing soon. The girl on the phone told me Jimmy was on the other line and he would call me back when he was done. I did not hear back from him that evening. The next morning about 4 hours after they opened I called again as I still had not heard from him. He apologized and relayed he had forgot to call me back, then had to put me on hold again to look up the information I wanted. I set an appt for an hour later to come in and look at the car. My husband took the car for a test drive. We found a couple of things wrong with it and when we asked about them we were told he would ask his manger. Which turned into the theme of the close to 2 hours I spent there trying to buy that car. I attempted to negotiate with both Jimmy and his manger and neither of them budged on the price, instead offering to take some money off the car ($300) if they did not have to fix 2 of the issues that they had agreed to look at. It was very confusing as the car had been on their lot for almost 2 months, I had a trade in, and a great down payment ready to go. I got the impression that he was not in the best mood and felt rushed by him after I had been asked to wait for 15 minutes to speak to him. Definitely not the best experience I have had with a car dealership by far!!! I wound up walking away unsatisfied and disappointed. More
