I went to Laura GMC arriving early evening, test drove, bought the truck, they stayed late and prep'd it, installed a couple accessories and I headed back to Indianapolis by 10pm in my new truck. The deal was exactly as advertised and discussed on e-mail before I made the trip with no surprises and no push to upsell ( and I make that point because I have traveled to Chicago and to Battle Creek in previous experiences where the dealers changed the deal when I got there, so integrity is important to me and this experience passed the test.) I had no trade-in so I cannot give input on that aspect. More

Great prices but slow with paperwork First of all your prices are wonderful. I drove 600 miles roundtrip bc of them. Dealership was clean and very nice. Amenities and people were for the most part very friendly. Now I understand running a dealership that big is difficult. Our deal however was just a sign and drive. It took almost 4 hours to complete. Our salesman had numerous people. But he was awesome!!! He went between us and was very nice and polite. He couldn't have done anything better with the hectic schedule and amount of people there. The finance manager though took almost two hours to get to us. I understand it was busy but literally it took less than 5 minutes for us to sign paperwork. We had already picked out vehicle online. Sent in deposit and salesman had all paperwork ready when we showed up. We were paying with a check for whole amount so it was completely uncomplicated. My daughter missed her class that day for school. i had other appointments as well. I'm not sure why finance manager couldn't have just came to our salesman's desk and had paperwork done in few minutes. Our entire buying experience could have easily been done in 30 minutes or less. I have bought dozens of cars over the years and on cash deals it was simply sign and drive. I appreciate the low prices but with such volume as a customer who values my times as well it would be nice to see you streamline the process. More
