I recently had a very frustrating experience with Drew at Laura dealership. I live out of state and had found a pickup I was very interested in purchasing. Drew assured me that he would call me at 9:30 AM to Laura dealership. I live out of state and had found a pickup I was very interested in purchasing. Drew assured me that he would call me at 9:30 AM to finalize the online offer, and even stated that he was holding the file on his desk for us. However, three hours after his promised call time, he finally reached out, only to inform me that someone else had come in, taken the file off his desk, and sold the truck I wanted. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. If you're considering buying a vehicle from Laura, I'd strongly advise against it based on my experience. You might think a deal is secure, only for them to drop the ball and sell it out from under you. Be warned—this dealership doesn’t seem to respect your time or follow through on commitments. More

What a great experience at Laura! Started back in late September when I was connected with Jacob Knapp, Sales Advisor. He and I started looking at trucks in stock and I told him I would be ready to buy in early November. Did not deter Jacob, he stayed in touch, sending me trucks as they arrived, and overall just contacted on my next move. Fantastic! Once we settled on my trade, I selected at AT4X AEV that was in stock and I cannot even begin to do justice to how easy things went from there. From the constant communication on the deal, the arrival greeting to the most impressive dealership operation I have ever witnessed, to meeting Jacob and his professionalism, to Cory in Finance who knocked it out the park in under 10 minutes, and wrapped it up with my new ride. I drove 9 hours for this experience, and I'd do it again and again! Cannot stress enough how good of a job Jacob Knapp did on my deal!
