I purchased a car from them three weeks ago and it broke down the same day. Took it back they said they fixed it and then it broke down two days later. Cost me $2500 to repair and they did nothing. TRUST ME STAY AWAY from this place. Their cars are crap and they are a bunch of liars. You know how you can tell they are lying? Their lips are moving. STAY AWAY or you will be sorry. HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have a car with them for over 2 years, and this is the 3rd time the payment process was changed in 2 years to now a different biller. Which I was in I have a car with them for over 2 years, and this is the 3rd time the payment process was changed in 2 years to now a different biller. Which I was informed by the previous biller that Latin Motors have the accounts again. I called them twice to speak to anyone that can give me a simple account number to make my payments. The lady that answered the call was lost as ever, I seriously do not know why she is even working if she cannot access anything. Then I went ahead left a voicemail and nothing. Weeks has passed I emailed Edison Cantos three times to help me out. And of course, NOTHING!. Why is it so difficult for ANYONE TO RESPOND TO SIMPLE REQUESTS? I emailed many times and called. So I highly suggest don't even bother with this company for they are truly incompetent workers. More

GAP insurance without costumer approval I went to dealer website and applied for a pre approval. On april 8th and spoke to Seller (Jorge) and agreed for the car price of $6999 which I put $1 I went to dealer website and applied for a pre approval. On april 8th and spoke to Seller (Jorge) and agreed for the car price of $6999 which I put $1690 as down payment. I asked the seller numerous times about dealer fees and other charges and seller kept refusing to answer saying that I would have to speak with the finance person. Finance manager (George or something like that) put a lot of papers for me to sign without saying nothing about dealer fee and GAP insurance. After a brief read I saw the dealer fee of $899 which is much higher then other dealers but I agreed to pay. Then I saw the GAP insurance fee, that I did not ask for and I said I didn't wanted. The finance manager than said they were unable to pull that off and call the self called general manager. The general manager (Mario) made me sign for a optional GAP insurance saying that, based on my credit, I needed the GAP insurance for the bank approval which is a lie because the contract that they gave just after I had signed says "other optional insurance (GAP) is not required to obtain credit. Your decision to buy or not buy other optional insurance will not be a factor in the credit approval process. It will not be provided unless you sign and agree to pay the extra cost". The extra cost is a exorbitant $799. I signed the paper under pressure and without seeing the part that says is optional. Went back to latin motors on asking for a cancelation on april 15th and they refused. More

When buying a vehicle I always look for quality, price, loyalty, and compassion in with everyone my great car buying experience here at Latin Motors. When buying a vehicle I always look for quality, price, loyalty, and compassion in every aspect of a dealership. I was first attended by my sales person Edison who was very attentive and helpful when deciding to find a vehicle that was right for me and my family. He later introduced me to the sales manager Christian Dume and general manager Mario Gonzalez who also helped me in finding the best deal and vehicle for my budget. They were so patient and understanding which made my experience that much more pleasurable. I strongly recommend for everyone to go to this dealership and see for yourself what a great car buying experience you will have. I bought a Nissan Maxima and I couldn't be more extactic about my vehicle cant say anything but I'm in love!!! Thank you all so much at Latin Motors. More
