i went to the dealer with the intentions to see "if" i can get approved for a vehicle. I did no think i was going to get approved at all with the credit i have, but with the work of the salesman Em "if" i can get approved for a vehicle. They were very quick at selling me a car and taking the down payment, however when I discovered several issue with the car just days after I bought it and called them, they never answer the calls nor retur down payment, however when I discovered several issue with the car just days after I bought it and called them, they never answer the calls nor return messages, I had to show up at the dealer and demand to speak with the GM, I waited for the GM for a couple of hours "never showed", I called several times and left him messages. I never heard from him or anyone at Latin Motors "So much for Great Customer Service"... I was so upset, I end up taking the car for Service to a different Toyota Dealer, at that Dealer I was informed the car did not have any Maintenance History and wanted to charge me $650.00 for the first Maintenance. The Dashboard on the car started to Melt about a week after I purchased it, again I was informed that to replace it they would change $500.00 for labor plus parts. Lesson learn... I More

This was our first visit to Latin Motors. We were very cautious about going to an "unknown" dealer for us but were gladly surprised by Emmanuel's personal treatment, the careful attention to every detail cautious about going to an "unknown" dealer for us but were gladly surprised by Emmanuel's personal treatment, the careful attention to every detailed we wanted from a car. He found exactly what we wanted from the very beginning. Emmanuel was such a friendly person and showed knowledge of his job. We felt very comfortable with his kind attention and the smooth transition to the financing department. Leonardo as well was very kind and professional, explained every detail about the closing papers and informed us about every option that we had. We were amazed by the short time we had to spend while signing papers, in comparison with other "well known" dealers that would've taken about 3 or 4 hours filling out papers to close the sale. One more detail about this dealer is the awesome smell inside the building and offices, we have been in several dealers in about 3 months looking for cars and never felt this refreshing ambiance. I saw the latin motors commercial on tv and decided to come in and see if they really could finance anyone. My credit is bad and I had a forclosure in 2012. I came to the dealership and met with salesman come in and see if they really could finance anyone. My credit is bad and I had a forclosure in 2012. I came to the dealership and met with salesman Jesus. He took me to the lot and showed me the vehicles. I was very impressed. This dealership is huge they must have a few hundred cars, They also have a service department and their own body shop. I settled for a 2010 Cadillac. At first I thought price was too high but Manager Manny granda came out and gave me a great price and a great payment. I drove out with my car in less than 2 hours and I was surprised i was able to get financed with my horrible credit. Thanks to all the guys at Latin Motors, i will definitely recommend my family and co-workers. More

What a difference! He is a true professional and very knowledgeable, he answer all my questions and educated me on the different brands that I was contemplating.
