They think their customers are idiots. They need to realize the internet is free and easy resource to use, and their customers are probably better educated about the cars they sell than they are. But it is their arrogant, condescending attitute that really turned me off, and made me walk out their door and to a different dealer. A Salesman actually told me I could get Cash for Clunkers OR discount off MSRP, but not both. WTF? They Lied- bold-faced lied!- to my face on other matters, too- invoice price, how NAV worked- all things I can easily check. If you want to know why car salesmen have a bad reputation, Larry H Miller Toyota is the poster-child dealership. More
