We've been to a lot of dealerships, and LHM Toyota was by far the best we have been to. The salesmen help us out, they were not pushy at all, and worked with us on what we were looking for exactly. The salesman called us the following day to make sure we made it and were happy with our purchase still. Next time we buy a car, LHM Toyota will be our first stop, and more than likely our only! I had a great time with my salesman Alan Weeks. I would buy a car from him anytime and suggest that if you are looking for a sales guy, you ask for him. The couple items I marked down were because of the actual loan/finance experience, which was not with Alan. After getting to a great deal with Alan without any pressure or "sales-iness", I had to finalize the paperwork with the finance department and that's where it started to feel like the typical car-buying experience. The guy tried to scare me into buying an extended warranty (I need an extended warranty for a Toyota? really?), the cost of which kept changing, and the numbers on the various forms barely match up ... good thing I wasn't trading in a car. Bottom line - sales experience with Alan was great. Financing and paperwork with the other guy was pretty typical, and you should be prepared to feel pressured and emotionally unsettled about the dealer extras they try to sell you. More

Everyone was great. We didn't feel pressured. We are very young, but didn't feel discriminated against. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable.
