Regardless of the circumstances, this is not the experience we want for any of our guests, especially when it impacts your ability to attend important appointments. Since speaking with you, we have taken several steps to try to remedy the situation. Please let me know if a new temporary permit in not received quickly. I am also completing a review with our accounting, reception, and title teams, and taking corrective actions with the employees involved to prevent this from happening again. While title and registration timelines can be impacted by several external factors, that does not lessen the inconvenience you experienced, and for that I sincerely apologize. Our focus has been, and continues to be, on resolving this fully and improving our internal processes so no guest has to go through a similar experience on the delay for your registration and plates and being bounced from department to department. Hi Kasey, thank you for replying to my post. I always come to your dealership when I have a problem you’ve never let me down then this happens and then everyone gives me feedback who I talk to. It really made me mad when I heard that the people you hire are inexperienced didn’t make sense to me, but then, after this, it does, my situation is fixed.
