The process of purchasing the vehicle was exceptional. The vehicle that was sold to me was not properly inspected. I found issues after I left with the rotors and brakes, as well as a clunking in the rear The vehicle that was sold to me was not properly inspected. I found issues after I left with the rotors and brakes, as well as a clunking in the rear, took it back to get it Serviced and the service manager stated to me that the vehicle Past inspection and that the repairs are not covered under the used purchase warranty. I do not agree with these statements as my brakes shaking in the front is a safety issue. More

Two things, service was fine, relatively quick, quicker than previous services. But i was looking around the sales floor, as i will be in the market for a new truck soon, and only one car inside(a rainy da than previous services. But i was looking around the sales floor, as i will be in the market for a new truck soon, and only one car inside(a rainy day), and i asked about brochures for “extras”, option packages available, my current truck is fully loaded, and i am looking for the same in a new vehicle, but they said i can only find them on- line, not every customer is on-line savy. And the lack of interest showen by the sales staff to assist was off putting. Ill shop somewhere else. More
