I took my car from the service department 6 hours ago and it stop working while we are picking up medication for my son that has fever. My car suddenly turns on but doesn’t drive. All of the lights are on and I called Toyota road side assistance and they only do free towing to dealership if it’s still open. It’s 6:50 pm they closed one hour ago. If the toe truck take our car home we will have to pay out of pocket. I didn’t have any issue with the car before the service appointment today. More

The person I initially dropped my car off with to get work done was super sweet. However the person I was in contact with, Pablo Flores, was a little condescending towards me. He said this was my last ti work done was super sweet. However the person I was in contact with, Pablo Flores, was a little condescending towards me. He said this was my last time coming in because the Toyota care expired. I told him I bought the extended package and he looked at me funny and said “ok”. I told him that the person I talked to on the phone said she had to go into a different system to find the information but I had gotten the extended package. He again gave an “ok” response and brushed me off as if he wasn’t actually listening. When I went to pick up the car he said he figured out that I had the extended package and did not apologize or agree with me. It took between 7-10 minutes for my car to get pulled up and when it did the person who was in my car sped up in the closed space and slammed on the brakes as he was approaching the street. The lady next to me who was waiting for her car asked if that was mine. I said yes. She said that he needed to slow down and she thought he was gunna take off with the car. Overall not a great experience. The only reason I put 2 stars is because of the initial guy at the beginning was super nice and friendly. More
