Very disappointing for service I paid for and it was never done. The service supervisor didn’t even take the time to apologize and was rude. I didn’t ask for any refund but it will be my last visit to L never done. The service supervisor didn’t even take the time to apologize and was rude. Thet were so eager to close a deal, they did not listen to me. I told them numerous times that I had a pre-approved loan through my bank. I asked for the option contract a few times and was told it was in to me. I told them numerous times that I had a pre-approved loan through my bank. I asked for the option contract a few times and was told it was in my paperwork. After everything, they put the loan through Toyota Financial and an indirect loan service. I couldn't believe it! I spent time at my back before and after the sale and did not know what had happened until my loan advisor informed me what had happened. When I confronted the dealership management, I was offered a tank of gas to make up for their mistake and I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. More
