Bought a new F150 Platinum in Feb. of this year. Noticed the drawer in the console was broken. Made an appointment to get it fixed along with a bedliner to be installed. Got there and they didn't have the part so they were going to let me know when it was in. Shortly after I had an issue with one of the massage chairs so I brought it in again and they said the part should be in. Surprise no part and they said they would need to tear the seat apart to find the issue but didn't have time that day so I needed to reschedule. OK... Amazingly got the seat fix but the part didn't show up. Fast forward to this month... Went in for an oil change and still no part but they said its on its way and would be able to install it when they did a recall which I scheduled for today. Arrived at the dealership and they informed me it would take 3 hours to do the recall. Crap wished I would have known so I could make arrangements because I live an hour away. But no problem I was willing to wait. 4 hours go by and not a word. I ask the how much longer it would be and they said another hour because the new part also did not work. After 5 1/2 hours I couldn't wait any longer so asked them to bring my truck around and how upset I was. Talked with the sales Manager and he said there was nothing he could do. How about better communication skills? Or a simple sorry. They have lost a customer for life and I will be sure to let everyone I know what a terrible experience it is every time I go there. Still haven't got the xxxx console fixed! More

I have dealt with Larry H Miller Super Ford in SLC for 10 years. Jake Messerly has been my service advisor, assistant service manager, etc. Jake is the reason that I have continued taking my vehicles to th years. Jake Messerly has been my service advisor, assistant service manager, etc. Jake is the reason that I have continued taking my vehicles to this dealership for servicing. He has always treated me with courtesy, responded to my questions, explained things I did not understand, followed through on things as he has promised related to recalls and other issues that have arisen, and helped me to get my cars service in a timely manner. Today was no different. When purchasing a vehicle it is important to me to trust the sales person. But for the many following years, having a service manager I can depend on and trust has been vital. Frankly, Jake is the reason I purchased my Ford Edge from this location a couple of years ago and continue to use them to service my 2008 Lincoln despite it not being under warranty any more. LHM Super Ford, I hope you are giving Jake Messerly the recognition he is due , as I value him as one of your strongest assets! More

I bought a used pickup from LHM and still feel contempt for them every time I drive by. I stated 3 requirements on the purchase agreement and it took over a month for the conditions to be met. I paid cash for them every time I drive by. I stated 3 requirements on the purchase agreement and it took over a month for the conditions to be met. I paid cash for the vehicle, top dollar in fact since it was right near the top of the blue book valuation. I expected everything to be right. According to the salesman, the oil leak had been repaired, but when I got it home, it still marked my driveway every time I parked. I took it back, twice, and the salesman refused to consider any more expense to repair the truck. I finally had to threaten court before the used car sales department huddled for a half hour and finally agreed to take care of the leak. I've had nothing but problems with the truck. The instrument panel would drop out randomly, including all gauges and the radio, then just as randomly, everything would come back. I had to spend $200 to repair that. The injectors were SUPPOSED to have been replace and the turbo repaired, but the engine cuts out under load, so I have to assume that either the work was NOT performed or it was done by a xxxxxx with a wrench. And now, LHM keeps sending "service" notices, as thought they expect me to ever cross their doorstep again. If they want the truck back, I'll stop telling the world about the terrible experience with LHM... after they refund the purchase price, otherwise I'll go out of my way to find another method of informing others of my nightmare. I wonder if the positive reviews have come from paid professionals. Obviously, I couldn't know for certain. I just know about MY experience. Oh, and the "warranty" that they boast about with their sign, that doesn't apply on MY truck. I was informed of that AFTER the purchase. More
I have had the most incredible service experience the last three times I visited LHM Salt Lake Service!!! I was so lucky to run into Jake Messerly, its people like Jake whom are a example of someone wh last three times I visited LHM Salt Lake Service!!! I was so lucky to run into Jake Messerly, its people like Jake whom are a example of someone who loves what they do! I ran into Jake on my first visit with a warranty repair issue on my new car and I thought for sure I was going to get the run around like I did at the other Ford dealer but to my surprise even though Jake was in the quick service lane, he took it upon himself to make sure Ford was going to fix my car. He took pictures and even communicated with Ford warranty and kept me informed throughout the process and finally called me and told me to bring the car in so they could install the parts. I was so thrilled but upon arrival Jake didn't send me to the back of the line for the service technicians, he replaced the rear view LED lamp himself! That was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a Ford dealer. Jake has been promoted to the service center and a full time service advisor now, so anyone who really cares about their car like I do and wants someone that understands how much you love your new car like I do and will take care it (literally himself!) Jake Messerly is the service advisor you need to get ahold of when you goto Ford Salt Lake City. More
