The service manager, Ryan Rasmussen, stepped up and went way above and beyond to solve my issues. He turned a frustrating encounter into the best customer service experience I have ever had! So have you ever not done your due diligence when purchasing a car? I did. I screwed up big time. I trusted a friend who owns a dealership to get the vehicle that we were looking for exactly how we wanted it in a hurry when we picked it up didn’t thoroughly check it out 1000% my fault! Went into Tim Dahly Ford Spanish Fork, Utah met with Oscar and Tanner told them of my situation. I was basically just looking for advice on how to deal with this other dealership. Oscar, Tanner, and the whole team there took care of us from start to finish. We traded in a 2025 bronco with 600 miles on it and purchased another 2025 bronco with all the features and in amenities that we wanted. Words cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to have a dealership like Tim Dahly Ford here helping us with our purchases and helping me get out of a situation that I caused. If anyone reads us and is looking for help for a new vehicle, go see Oscar Tanner or the king of Jordan and I promise you they will help you..

I had some service done today , I didn't have an appointment yet they worked me in. Immediatley I was greeted by Ronnie when I got out of my truck. He was so helpful. He was very respectful and kind. He walked me through what was going to be done. After it was done, he walked me to my truck checked the work that was preformed. Headlight, Everyone there was so nice. I was given a cold drink and a bad of popcorn. Too cool....

The service department looks foe ways to force upsales on customers. I watched them ask manager as to what to do about a customers k&n filter, to clean it. Manager said no, I was shocked! Then said just replace it. That's stealing from the customers car. Those are not cheap, now he will have to purchase again, and pay for a new FORD filter. That's the way to steal from their customers.

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
