I had my F150 serviced by the Super Ford Store and was very impressed with how well I was treated. I did not purchased my truck from them but felt like they took care me as good as if I had been a 20 year very impressed with how well I was treated. I called the salesman Will Shields and directed me to the used car sales manger where he made an appointment for me to come in. Jerald Diggs was the Assistant Service Manger I was to see. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also helped me figure out the phone to my car issue. My car was ready in a short period if time but another one occurred so I brought it in a couple of days later. Jerold was put of the office so Matthew Saylor helped me. This is now the 3rd time I have to take the car back and now the whole fuel pump install has to be completely redone. They BOTCHED the first install.
