I was a 12 year dedicated customer. No one worked on my RV except Larry H Miller Super Ford in SLC. Over the past three years the service has slipped, less attention to customer service and less concern about the customer experience. I went in for my annual emission test. The "service engine soon" light was on, b has been on for 5 years now. I had LHM Ford try to fix it twice at a cost of $400. Each time after a week the light was back on. For the past 5 years they have certified the emission test in spite of the light being on. This year they said they couldn't certify because the "SES" light was on. I asked what I can do to fix it and they said "drive it a day or two and come Back". I said "what if it fails then, do I junk It" trying to be funny (My RV is in PRISTINE condition). The service agent said "I don't know". The inspection report showed that the exhaust test had not even been done. They didn't certify because the SES light was on but they have been unable to correct it and had no suggestions. I will never go back to Larry H Miller Super Ford again! More
I highly doubt I will be leasing or purchasing vehicle from Larry H Miller Ford Superstore again. This was my first leased vehicle from the very beginning it was bad. Colby never followed through to fix the roof racks. My lease ended and I was given no option to go to another dealership to purchase. I had to return to Larry H Miller Ford superstore. If anyone has purchased from LHM make sure you check your sales contract if it was written by Quentin. I let him know multiple times I did not want the one year prepaid maintenance package for $165 when I was signing my documents I saw it was still listed and I questioned him about it again he said he removed it. But he did not remove it! He was so fast flipping the pages sign here sign here I reviewed the contract when I got home and found that he had also added $487 for Vehicle Theft Assistance which I later found out that is only for new vehicles. Not that it matters to me because I’m purchasing my lease but I still don’t understand why even new vehicle owners have to pay this since it was explained to me that it’s in case the new vehicle is stolen from LHM car lot! If you’re purchasing a new vehicle obviously it wasn’t stolen from the lot so why is this fee charged to the customer? It was probably charged to me at the beginning of my lease. I will be looking into that. I have personalized license plate so I did not want to get new ones with my registration and the salesman did take photo copies of my license plates but I see nothing in my contract that shows my personalized license plate. We’ll see if The registration was done correctly. At this point I’m not gonna hold my breath on that. To be fair, a sales manager is going to refund my $487 and $165 since it’s already in my contract I will be paying interest $652. No freebies for purchasing used vehicles not even a single oil change. More
