I was very comfortable with Paul Montano I went to the ford dealership with a few cars in mind and a budget. I was shown the cars I liked in my price range and took 2 on a test drive. The man has the patients of a saint. I test drove 2 Flex's and then asked if when my husband arrived if he could test the cars again with out me.. (He didn't like the Flex at first sight) He was sold after the test drives. We bought a Cream Suede 2013, in beautiful conditions. Paul, Cody and Mike worked until 11:00 PM to get me the right loan, interest rate and helped me to understand all the extra overages I would need or not as I saw fit. I at no time felt pressured. Paul took the time even at a very late time to go over my computer system in my Flex and made sure I understood how things worked. I am very happy with the stellar sales service I received from Paul.
