buying the f150 I bought a brand new F150 with the help of Paul Montano. Overall buying experience with Paul was good, Paul had taken the time to learn the F150 and was very good at sharing his knowledge of the truck. So.. Very happy with Paul! My problems began after I drove my new truck off the lot, I noticed something was wrong immediately, I called for service department next morning and I got someone that told me we don't do loaner cars so good luck. I then talked with the manager of sales and he got me into a ford focus loaner for the night. Next morning service manager calls to say congrats on the new truck but had no Idea it was in the shop. When I told her this for focus wasn't going to cut it if they were going to have my truck any longer, she told me I should be glad to have it as they don't normally do loaner cars. I finally got a loaner truck out of her after 4 more nasty phone calls. The service department kept my truck for 5 days after finding a major manufacturing error, they took the time to go through the whole truck so that I wouldn't have more issues. Overall satisfaction with the service department, Very Happy. But this is when the real problem started. Nick Meunier is the sale manager and he called saying I know you had a couple of minor problems but I know my team went above and beyond to correct these issues so we need a perfect customer survey from you. I called him back and asked him to call me so we could discuss this perfect survey, he would not call me. It took me 3 times to get a hold of him, when i did I explained the "minor problem" and the following customer service and asked hime if you would buy a for again after that experience, and his answer was "well, uhm, you see, well maybe". Not professional. He then asked me for a perfect survey and told me that this would effect his bonus and maybe his job. I told him that he needed to stand behind the product they sold me and give me an extended warranty on the truck. He told me no with no thought. he then broke down crying to me on the phone about how this would effect his job and he had done everything he could to make things right. And went as far as to tell me that he had sold me the truck at an extremely discounted price "I GOT WHAT I PAYED FOR". I followed this conversation up with the general manager of the dealership, Jason Rowland, who did not think that Mike Meunier was out of line. But Jason did agree to an extended warranty only after I completed a perfect survey. He showed that he did not trust me on the survey and would not put it in writing that I would get the warranty if I gave them a perfect survey. Jason is the only person through the entire buying experience that seemed concerned if I every bought another ford or not. MY TWO BIGGEST THINGS HERE WHERE "I GOT WHAT I PAYED FOR" AND I bought two brand new cars in less than 7 days, a volkswagen and a ford, only ford treated me like they don't want me as a return customer. More

Exceeded expectations JR M. was my salesman. Very easy to work with listened to my concerns and needs. His followup is what exceeded my expectations. A week later he helped JR M. was my salesman. Had issues with the installation of the clear bra and because it was after my initial customer satisfaction survey period they were not willing to do anything to resolve/correct the issue. The sales manager actually hung up on me once he found out I could not provide further feedback via the Ford customer satisfaction survey. I will never buy another car from this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. More

Horrible customer service We bought my husbands car from this dealership, had the car for six weeks now and my husband has driven it only a few times. Service department caused damage to new car - they are xxxx I purchased a new Ford Focus from Larry H. Miller Super Ford on March 28. 2017. Immediately after driving off the lot, it was discovered that the auto I purchased a new Ford Focus from Larry H. Miller Super Ford on March 28. 2017. Immediately after driving off the lot, it was discovered that the auto start/stop feature did not work. The vehicle was brought back to the dealership and they took a week to work on it. I had to call them to figure out that they had finished because they had the incorrect phone number for me in their records. They stated that their service technician road tested the vehicle and verified that everything worked correctly. The auto start/stop feature did not work even one time after picking up the car from their service. So I went back, on my birthday, 4/11, and they spent a couple hours and said they had fixed it and that it was a broken battery monitor that was causing the problem. The auto start/stop feature was then working, however they had scratched the roof of the car in several places (through the clear coat layer and into the color layer.) Two days later, the auto start/stop feature was not working anymore. I brought the vehicle back to them and they had it for another week, during which time they also promised to fix the scratches caused to the roof along with a minor issue with one of the sun visors. When I picked the vehicle up, the scratches to the roof were still there, but had been buffer, removing most of the clear coat in that area. There were new scratch above the driver side rear door. And the driver front rim was scraped. They sent me to their collision center in Murray where I received an estimate for $1600+ to fix the roof, in which they will need to sand down the roof, repaint and refinish - ultimately resulting in a diminished value of the vehicle.LHM Super ford said they will pay for the repair but refuse to pay for a new rim and deny that they caused any of the damage. Their service staff are unprofessional, they lack attention to detail, and are incompetent. More
Excellent Process and Quick Turnaround I submitted information on what vehicle I was interested in (Ford Escape) and Paul Montano responded immediately. My goal was to do as much as possible online, which Paul understood without me having to remind him along the way. We literally did everything except the final signing and a couple of quick phone calls via email and text messages. He did a great job in keeping things moving, clarifying anything he wasn't sure about and got me what I wanted at a reasonable price. I normally wait longer than I should to get a new car, because I HATE sitting in a dealership all day on a Saturday. This was truly the best purchase of a vehicle I have ever experienced thanks to Paul. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Paperwork wise, I am hoping all car dealerships will consider upgrading their paper process to a more electronic process. If that happens, this process could take less than an hour! More

Potential Squandered I bought a used car that ended up being through them about one month ago, and at best it was a mediocre experience. I tested a car they had, but pref I bought a used car that ended up being through them about one month ago, and at best it was a mediocre experience. I tested a car they had, but preferred a different car from a different dealer. They then invoked some ownership deal that they have over every car dealership in the state or something and basically bought the car from the other dealership in order to sell to us. Foregoing more details, our experience through them showed me that LHM had all the potential to provide a superior car buying experience, yet squandered that potential by yet relying on heavy-handed, sleazy, stereotypical, used-car-salesman manipulation tactics to secure as much of my money as possible. They even west as far as to suggest that we put down less money in order to borrow more money, and therefore owe them more in the long run. I would not recommend them, unless you never have to worry about money. Once I pay my car off, I will not be using them again. More
