Customer service is an afterthought These guys cant seem to get out of their own way and do what is right for the customer. Dropped car off for service. No call all day so I called lat These guys cant seem to get out of their own way and do what is right for the customer. Dropped car off for service. No call all day so I called later in the day to find out what was going on. No answer from "my" representative. Next I called the front desk and they transferred me to a someone that had no idea how to help and kept trying to get me back to "my" rep who was nowhere to be found. I finally went in and noticed my vehicle was parked in the exact same location 10 hrs later. You guessed it they hadn't done anything and decided to wait to do anything when the parts were available for a major repair. They could have easily at least done the other 3 things on the list but decided it would be better just to have me come back and that somehow I would just know that was the plan without any call from them. Show up again the next day and they cant find my information and "my" rep is not available again. Still dealing with incompetent reps and was told by one that they were too busy and that's why the service was bad. So its again all about them and no one there cares about customers having to wait or call or come back or being inconvenienced. More

Poor Technicians I never write reviews but I just can't seem to talk to anyone at the stealership. Larry H Miller Super Ford - Salt Lake City. I first contact Maurice I never write reviews but I just can't seem to talk to anyone at the stealership. Larry H Miller Super Ford - Salt Lake City. I first contact Maurice and he told me someone would call me back. Never happened. I then left a message for Nate, the Service Manager, twice, and he never returned a call. By all appearances, they just don't care to listen. I even told them I was not looking for compensation, just to tell them how their tech cost us. So what happened? Long and short of it is they replaced front brake, however, when the technician, listed as Michael C., replaced the lug nuts, he cross threaded two of them. Two weeks later, wife ended up with a flat tire during one of the recent rain/sleet/hail/snow storms. I went to change the tire which should take 20 minutes but we could not get those two lugs off. I could tell they were cross threaded because the threads were very shiny like they had been recut and the amount of force to take them off was well beyond the standard recommended ft-lb of force. Of course, ended up breaking those two off. Only way to get the bad tire off and the spare tire on. Took it to my local Big O who does most of the work on my car and they worked it out in no time at all. Hint: When replacing a lug with air/electric tool, you ALWAYS hand start the lug before using the power tool. This prevents cross threading. Teche was sloppy. I cannot recommend anyone go to this LHM Super Ford store as we have had more problems with this with them and only went this time because it needed their skills to fix a ABS problem. For that they ordered the whole part instead of just what was needed for that repair to increase the bill. More
