Poor Technicians I never write reviews but I just can't seem to talk to anyone at the stealership. Larry H Miller Super Ford - Salt Lake City. I first contact Maurice I never write reviews but I just can't seem to talk to anyone at the stealership. Larry H Miller Super Ford - Salt Lake City. I first contact Maurice and he told me someone would call me back. Never happened. I then left a message for Nate, the Service Manager, twice, and he never returned a call. By all appearances, they just don't care to listen. I even told them I was not looking for compensation, just to tell them how their tech cost us. So what happened? Long and short of it is they replaced front brake, however, when the technician, listed as Michael C., replaced the lug nuts, he cross threaded two of them. Two weeks later, wife ended up with a flat tire during one of the recent rain/sleet/hail/snow storms. I went to change the tire which should take 20 minutes but we could not get those two lugs off. I could tell they were cross threaded because the threads were very shiny like they had been recut and the amount of force to take them off was well beyond the standard recommended ft-lb of force. Of course, ended up breaking those two off. Only way to get the bad tire off and the spare tire on. Took it to my local Big O who does most of the work on my car and they worked it out in no time at all. Hint: When replacing a lug with air/electric tool, you ALWAYS hand start the lug before using the power tool. This prevents cross threading. Teche was sloppy. I cannot recommend anyone go to this LHM Super Ford store as we have had more problems with this with them and only went this time because it needed their skills to fix a ABS problem. For that they ordered the whole part instead of just what was needed for that repair to increase the bill. More

I love my truck. 3 weeks ago I was thinking of trading my truck in to buy a newer car or truck and I went back with Rich for that. The car sales manager(I do not remember his name) took my truck to test drive and see the best appraisal for my trade in. He came back with a audacious offer for my truck ($14,000.00 dollars) . Saying that my truck has problems engaging 4x4. He suggest me to take my truck to there shop and check what is wrong. I did that and the guy at shop told me that I had changed the brake pads and put them on the wrong way and that affects the transmission getting the 4x4 problems. First of all... I NEVER had changed the brake pads. Second... I do not believe that if you change the brake pads on wrong way that will affect the transmission. They charge me $100.00 for that diagnostic. Right after that I went back to the dealer to talk with Rich again. The same used car manager took my truck again for a new test drive. The used car manager came back with the same offer saying that my truck has the same problem with the 4x4. Lets get back to the shop again. The shop told me that to fix my car will be more then $2,000 dollars to replace or fix the transfer case of my truck. I decide to take my truck to a different mechanic shop. The new mechanic told me that ... Your truck has no problems on the transmission or anywhere else. Drives smooth and powerful. The 4x4 high, low and auto works perfectly. He showed me all the tests that he has done with my truck. I spent almost 300 dollars for nothing. Thanks Super Ford. I am sorry Rich .. but I will not do any more deals with the Super Ford again. More

First, Abe in the service department manager should be fired For the way he treats customers and employees. Terrible person to work in retail. Dropped off my car was not happy with the service writer so I wanted to speak with the manager. What a joke totally disrespectful manager, so I went up front and spoke with the GM Jason Rowland them I realized why this dealer is all messed up. It startes with your GM and works down now I understand why everyone here act the way they do.. Whom ever is over the dealership should clean house on all top management employees and start over. I will never go back. More

Dealer and Salesperson Review I think I got a good deal and had a genuinely good experience doing business through Brad Fisher while buying a used F350 Lariat DRW truck. I even got to hang out with the salesmen, watch the Utah v Washington game and was offered snacks and even some Tacos or Burritos that the General Manager had purchased for his sales staff. I did not feel pressured either. The finance manager was helpful too, but I forgot his name, it's one of those male or female names. Hmmm, Jamie? More

Rough than GREAT! I got frustrated at first because I didn't feel I was being listened to or understood. This was not due to my sales man. Once we got on the same page things went great and it was the little things like fueling up my purchase that made a difference to me. I would recommend Nic Kian. Nic went above and beyond for my deal and took the time to help me download the ford app, link my phone in the car and even come to our house to pick up the rest of the documents needed since my husband had to go back to work.
