HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Rich is as REPUGNANT as he is tall! We were initially in to resolve a finance issue only to be lied to our faces, talked over, cut off and nearly Yelled at!! He takes advantage of women who know NOTHING about cars. He told my aunt that a 2019 Ford EcoSport would be ideal for her to take to and from Park City’s Deer Valley because it has AWD.. which EcoSport is capable of a 10 degree hill??? Buy from Rich if you’re into, unofficial, verbal agreements and being talked over due to him “stating facts” like, “I NEVER said that, she Obviously didn’t understand me”. Or hearing him say that there’s nothing he could do about it but “I could do my best to get you into a bigger SUV”. translation: “I’m not letting my sale slip away unless it’s at a higher price for you”. Don’t ask Manager Mike for help either, he’s just as rude and not helpful in the least! Disrespectful frauds are what these men are, I would only recommend him to my worst enemy! More

Attempts to sneak estimate fees from you Have had repair work done here for 10 hrs. Mostly routine. Then I had a big problem so I knew I needed an estimate. Wow. They wanted An $85 fee for ea Have had repair work done here for 10 hrs. Mostly routine. Then I had a big problem so I knew I needed an estimate. Wow. They wanted An $85 fee for each item subject to repair... The estimate fee was a fortune. And, worst of all, they never told me there was a fee until I wanted my car returned to me so I could take it to a “real” repair shop.. We settled for half... and trust me .. I will never return.. It gets better and better... I shopped around until until I found a fair price. LMFord wanted over $1550 for the repair. I’m getting it done in Park City for $850. Wow. I’d tell you the name of the shop, but then they’d be overwhelmed with work and I’d never get my car fixed. Call me selfish. Finally, the car in question is old .. it needs to be replaced .. guess who is NOT in the r inning to replace it.?..lol More
