I’m ready to sell my 2018 F150 Raptor due to the incompetence of this dealership! I’ve been trying for 12 months and cannot get a simple repair done. They’ve “repaired” it twice but it’s still not f incompetence of this dealership! I’ve been trying for 12 months and cannot get a simple repair done. They’ve “repaired” it twice but it’s still not fixed. Even called someone at LH Miller Group for feedback on customer experience. She was going to look into it and call me back in 24 hrs. No surprise she didn’t call back. Service manager, Nate was friendly but apparently wasn’t able to get his mechanics to do their job. He didn’t even respond when I sent him a picture on the warning light that popped back up when I picked it up. Finally every warning light available came on and the truck shut off, while driving! Thankfully we didn’t crash. Ford was great and towed to another dealership (at our request) Seriously regretting selling my Nissan. It had 130k miles with no issues ever! More

Oil change + Matt Saylor did excellent, service writer, Bryan Ellsworth got the work done promptly. Customers were respectful of distancing, due to COVID 19. Only lower rating due to requirement to leave my 'new' motorhome there for many weeks to have the sway bar passenger side rear bracket and 2 bolts replaced. Was missing when newly purchased. And still a month of warranty left. About an hour of labor. Maybe $30 in parts. Just don't trust leaving it there for so long, lots of vagrants hanging around at the back lot where it was left. Also my oil changes at LHM have gone from $56 to $86 to $123 in the past couple yrs. Same Ford engine and same 6 qts of blend. No comprendo. More

Took my son's truck in for an oil change service. I mentioned a leak in a connector for the windshield wiper fluid. Never bug a Used Vehicle from Larry H Miller they tell you that you have a Lifetime Warranty but then something breaks and it’s not covered I found that that out way to late bought my Truck in September 2 you that you have a Lifetime Warranty but then something breaks and it’s not covered I found that that out way to late bought my Truck in September 2019 it is now March of 2020 it’s been in the Shop Twice now and Nothing was covered.
