Fast and personal service KJ was great. Best car shopping experience I have ever had. Had a small issue with my car, and the service dept worked quickly to resolve it. I'm sur KJ was great. Excellent Service Don, Service Manager, took Excellent care of me. I called to tell him I was running 15 minutes late, he said no problem....Some dealers would tell me Don, Service Manager, took Excellent care of me. Great customer service! Peter and Brian were fantastic. They were very professional while helping me understand my options. Ultimately I got exactly what I wanted. After I totaled my previous vehicle I was concerned I would have to wait a while to finance another car but Brian was able to get it approved. Peter even helped me drop off the rental car. First class experience We are so happy with the service provided by Larry Miller H. Subaru Boise. The service manager Don was compassionate and so helpful solving the issu We are so happy with the service provided by Larry Miller H. Subaru Boise. The service manager Don was compassionate and so helpful solving the issue we had with our Subaru. The sunroof in our Subaru got stuck and and we couldn't close it (in the middle of winter). Don was on the phone with my husband helping him with the logistics of doing a 3 hour drive to get the car to the dealership. He was able to service the car immediately and arranged for a loaner car for my husband. He was also extremely helpful helping us navigate the warranty. We were in a bind and they came through for us. There are no words to express my gratitude for the help and level of service we experience at Boise Subaru. We are very impressed with the level of service, kindness and empathy we experienced. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. More
