The service manager Don was compassionate and so helpful solving the issue we had with our Subaru. The sunroof in our Subaru got stuck and and we couldn't close it (in the middle of winter). Don was on the phone with my husband helping him with the logistics of doing a 3 hour drive to get the car to the dealership. He was able to service the car immediately and arranged for a loaner car for my husband. He was also extremely helpful helping us navigate the warranty. We were in a bind and they came through for us. There are no words to express my gratitude for the help and level of service we experience at Boise Subaru.
