My experience dealing with LHM Subaru was bitter sweet. The store Manager Chad was very personable and awesome to work with, as well as our sales man Aaron. I feel that they did everything they could to make the experience of buying our first car from an actual dealership comfortable and easy for us. On the other had the finance department wasn’t as pleasant, I feel they have a demeanor that they think they are better and smarter than the customer, they would tell me one thing and then my wife a different story, and then blame the lack of communication on me, which is not at all the case. I would buy for LHM again ONLY because the sales department went above and beyond what they needed to do for us, but I will never finance through them again. If you are looking to buy I would suggest getting your own financing through a credit union first and buying all your extra coverage’s such as GAP exc. Through the credit union and not even have to deal with the finance department. More

Scott really helped me in the car buying experience, he showed me multiple options covered all the great benefits of owning a Subaru and finally helped me find the perfect car for me! I'm a very satisfied owner of a 2010 Subaru Impreza, this car is amazing! It has nearly everything one could ask for and then some, sunroof, heated seats, 5 speed manual, tons of room inside, and well taken care of (you couldn't even tell it was used). Scott is a fantastic person to work with, he and his team know what they are doing but keep the customer in mind which I think is important to us all. Scott was very kind, caring, knowledgable and sincere about everything he was helping me with in the car buying process. I would definitely recommend him to friend and family members. Marc who assisted me with filling out the small book of paperwork that comes with buying any car, was very helpful and very respectful of my time and finances, we worked out a deal that includes an extended warranty to protect my investment as well as an interest rate that I was surprised that I could get and worked perfectly in my budget. We collaborated together on getting the right car, all of the options I wanted, and nailing down a great price for the new car and trade-in of my Acura. Go out of your way to this dealer and see Jeremy, it will be well worth your time. Btw, I did some checking with the Better Business Bureau and found that Larry Miller Subaru has a A+ rating. Cody was great during and after the sale. During the sale, he was straightfoward and honest and I felt that I was dealing with someone I could trust. Aaron was friendly and attentive. I drove the car a couple of times before I made up my mind. There were a few small items that needed to be fixed.
