What a great experience! I came into LHM Subaru yesterday with an unknown electrical problem on my 2010 Outback and without an appointment I expected a long, expensive day - i I came into LHM Subaru yesterday with an unknown electrical problem on my 2010 Outback and without an appointment I expected a long, expensive day - if they'd even be able to look at it. What I found was a great service department! Sure, it was a long and expensive day, but only because I had the opportunity to look at the 2017 Outback on the showroom floor and talk to the sales staff while a quick repair (battery and oil change) was done on my car. It was long and expensive because the price and interest incentives on the 2017 were so gook I had to buy one! We test drove two with Neil Bryant and he walked us through the purchase and trade-in with an amazing attention to detail - and to our needs. We drove home in a new Outback as very happy customers. Oh, and did I mention that hanging out in their waiting area was really a pleasure? It was that cool. Thank you, Larry Miller Subaru, and thank you Neil Bryant! More

I am a single woman and buying a new car is a somewhat worrisome s I was totally amazed at the professional customer service EVER in my entire life! I am a single woman and buying a new car is a somewhat worrisome situation being alone. However I felt such peace of mind from the start with my sales person, Brandon Fail. He and the finance department went above and beyond in great customer service. In this day and age, hard to find someone and a business you can put your complete trust in.
